W.Stayed 2 nights my room was nice bathroom toilet was very clean bed comfortable tea coffee milk provided traffic was noisy but that didn't bother me actually it was entertaining looking out the window see some nice cars etc 👌 great location close to everything will be back to stay again another rubbish bin would be good in the bathroom hot water takes awhile to get hot but at least it does get hot enjoyed my stay great staff thank you no1 motels 👍
A.Room was exceptionally clean.
The cleaners are easy to talk too and very helpful! The other guests here are friendly just as the owner is.
The communal kitchen offers plenty of space to cook your meals.
P. H.Ok for short stay, quite noisy town fire alarm went off twice. Lots of road traffic. Parking good. Rooms clean but very cheap toilet tissue. Thanks ,(cleaning staff)Lisa great conversation.
A. F.The rooms were good and reasonably priced but there were a few things that could have done with some more attention to detail. Only tea and coffee for hot drinks, no hot chocolate for kids. One toaster didn't work toasting both sides in the communal kitchen. We had to ask for milk for the cereal because it just wasn't present and when we laid out a blanket on the bed, it was covered in sand.
Otherwise, everything was clean and straight forward.

Cleanest bathroom I've seen in motels in past 2years. Lovely bed to sleep on. Room was available with a call in an emergency 9.15pm booked. No added expenses. Highly recommended. Close to fast food gas station and coffee shop. Has an onsite restaurant.

L. R.Was not sure what to expect of this place, but the room was adequate for the price, the beds were comfy, and the in-suite bathroom was clean! I also appreciated having a mini-fridge, electric kettle, and selection of tea/instant coffee in the room. The electric towel warmer was a nice bonus as well. My only gripe was I think there was a restaurant of some sort that was blaring music w/palpable bass until pretty late into the evening.
The communal kitchen and included continental breakfast was nice and had it not been raining it would have been great to enjoy the balcony.
Wifi was a bit on the slow side, but quite functional and I appreciated it was included.

J. F.Nice quiet place to stay, shared kitchen with salt and pepper and oil so you can cook, with a nearby countdown and new world for groceries. Everything is practical - Small bathroom, small area to hang clothes - no wardrobe so it's a nice lil compact room. Bedding not too soft so it's good, warm blanket and clean carpet. Very tidy and clean place.
E. Y.Good clean motel right near the town, the lake and eateries just downstairs. Room was rather small but sufficient. A shared kitchen is available with basic condiments and breakfast. The owner was very helpful with quick check-in.

N. H.Very clean, simple hotel. They even provide soap and shampoo. Arrived at 11pm and easily picked up key at gas station across the street. Recommended as an overnight between Rotorua and Auckland.
J. S.Clean and very basic. Shower was shocking unfortunately and I've had better pressure in 3rd world countries. Location is good. Good price for dorm with ensuite very basic accommodation. Quite new and beds are comfortable. If shower was 1/2 decent it would have been OK. No luxuries here.
N. K.Stayed here twice now (2013 & 2014) Attending golf events Very clean and basic. Our little family enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and its very handy to everything that we needed. Will make this our place of stay everytime! :) Due for a trip down there again October and December! :)
