K.Fantastic service from start to finish, our new Rika pallet fire has just been installed and I can’t rate this company highly enough. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly service from the whole team even the installers were lovely. Company is in Christchurch and we are in Ashburton, was no problem for Eenergy great to deal with, bring on winter.

L.If you are looking at buying a pellet fire then Eenergy is the place to go. Right from the first day we went into their showroom we have felt welcome and now two years after having the fire installed we feel like we are dealing with friends. Nothing is a problem, they listen and deal with any concerns you have and they have a large amount of knowledge that they will point you in the direction of the right fire for you not how much they can earn off it. When they come out to service your fire they respect your home and clean up after themselves. This company was the best company to deal with out of all the companies that were involved in our house build.

It was installed in front of an existing fireplace and they added a metal panel to enhance the appearance and cover a gap. We have been impressed with the ongoing, regular servicing.
