Enviromaster specked our AC needs accurately and provided a competitive quote - once the quote was accepted - the service was very prompt. The installation team arrived on time and were professional, friendly and tidy. We are very pleased with the AC installation. Couldn’t recommend Enviromaster highly enough - great job!

Initial consultation with Grant was clear. He knew his stuff and explained my options, so I could make an informed decision. Michelle was helpful and prompt; and installation was also great. Fantastic service from the phone call booking the service I wanted to the great communications re the time and the call from the serviceman to say he was running about 10 min early to the fantastic service he gave us a very polite young guy never seen the heat pump so clean many thanks and please book us in for next year cheers Andrew Nash

The poor guys worked from 9am to 2pm in probably the stormiest day ChCh had this winter. They kept smiling all day even when the outside guy had a rat nest fall on him. AMAZING

They were on time and completed a difficult installation due to it being an old house with an add on which had limited roof space and was not easy to do but they achieved it definatly recommended these guys

Really happy with the finished product. A few curve balls during the process but they stuck with it until the job was finished. The ducted system is preforming much better than expected. Would highly recommend for a ducted air con install.

I have nothing but praise for this business, the recommendation we received on the correct model to install and the "reasons why" impressed us greatly. Pricing was very competitive but the main reason for our 5 stars was the installation, which was on time, very neat and Grant gave excellent advice on how to get the best performance from the heat pump. This business got our business because they were the best.
