Great service by Darren and his team. They helped me come up with a way to blend the white unit into a navy blue wall, by suggesting professionally spray painting the unit. It looks incredible and blends seamlessly. I highly recommend them.

Honestly can’t recommend Darren and the team high enough. We have had complications with our unit (by the manufacturer, not Darren) and he has stood by us all the way, investing hours and hours into getting the situation rectified for us for no extra $$ benefit to him. He then went above and beyond in the install, to keep costs manageable. We have referred him to a number of our friends who have also used his services and were happy with the service they were given. After a few weeks of experiencing some very average to terrible customer service, I'm very pleased to say that it has been a wonderful experience working with Darren and his team. We recently moved into a new house, which had no heat pumps, and I emailed Darren, along with a few other companies a few weeks before the move for some indicative quotes. Whilst the other companies were a bit vague, Darren went the extra mile and looked at dimensions and diagrams of the house which I sent him, and provided the most accurate solution he could, without actually visiting the property. Come move-in day, Darren was the only person I invited around, as I was so impressed with his effort, he discussed different options, and he stuck to his original quote, which we appreciated. The install was done neatly and promptly (while we weren't even at home), and the after-sale service has been fantastic! (I still haven't even had a follow-up from the other companies reps) Well done Darren and team, and thank you, I will be recommending you to friends and family for many years to come...

Absolutely amazing service from the guys at happy air from start to finish. Darren came along to meet me on short notice. My house is double story and upstairs is very very warm it's far to hot as I have a young son as well getting him to sleep in this heat is impossible. I had spoke to various different companies regarding getting air con up stairs. All the companies suggested putting a high wall multi system in. The only thing is I didn't like the look of these and didn't want all the pipe work around the house as it looks ugly. Darren was the only one to take my opinions on board properly and listen to what I had to say. He came up with a great solution of putting 2 mini ducted systems in as they would fit in the roof cavity. He managed to get the cables and copper out of the back side of the house somehow. Now there is only one bit of capping out the back end of our house which isn't an eye sore. Can't thank Darren and the team enough for there hard work and commitment to getting the job done. Thanks for cooling my upstairs it's amazing no more sleepless nights. Will be in contact in due coarse for the down stairs.
