These people were great - our existing heat pump died and they came out promptly, we discovered it was fried as a result of a slug fusing the main board and hence the compressor - unrepairable. Luckily insurance covered it and they installed a replacement new system 3 days after the go ahead. Excellent to deal with and highly recommended.

The adminstrator/receptionist who booked my heatpump service was very efficient, helpful, patience, personable and polite. Refreshing! I had a service of my old Fujitsu heatpump. The serviceman was on time, respectful of covid guidelines, informative, efficient and left my spaces as tidy as he found them. Great service. The service bill came through promptly after the completed service, as discussed when I made the service booking. The bill was easy to understand, payment instructions were clear and it was easy to pay because I didn't have to search for the details. Will be seeking Goldstar Heat Pumps services again when needed.

Where do I start? im glad I chose GOLDSTAR HEATPUMP these awesome guys from GOLDSTAR HEATPUMP was booked in to relocate my outside fan unit. Little did they know it turns out to be a bigger job than expected. As they disconnected the unit they found the original installer has done a dodgy work on it. It was a pain to see, I was about to be in tears! Ken and his amazing team went above and beyond to find me a good price for a new heatpump. The guys did a superb job installing my new heatpump on the same day. I was overwhelmed. Ken is one kind soul. Our experience with Goldstar Heatpumps has been great ! We had them install a heatpump in 2014. The building was solid concrete ( ceilings walls and floor)-plus it had to go above a window. No problems at all - very successful.! We again used them to fit another pump in a new address last month and again the outcome was brilliant. Evan and Carol and their workers are great to deal with. We were really well looked after. We had chosen a place for our heat pump and then on the day of installation Gold Star figured out if they shifted some items under our deck they could put it there which was even better. They then went the extra mile and leveled the ground and had pavers with them to use to install it in the better location. The service, helpfulness and the quality of staff made for a really great experience with and we are really please with the result.
