They went out of their way to make sure I was offered the best possible advice as to where my heat pump should be located and which model was best suited to my home. When it came to installing, Mark and Tom got the job done and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Not only are they knowledgeable, efficient and reliable but friendly and relaxed too, making my experience easy and leaving me with a toasty home for snuggling down this winter!
