T.Everything went very smoothly! Starting from the initial discussion, quote time, and all the way through to the installation.
They did an exceptional job, including post job cleanup. The big and notable thing was the staff did not leave until they'd shown us all aspects and installation items, to ensure we were happy. We'll happily deal with them again (a third time).
No strange request or requirements on our part was ever too much trouble. We wanted a ducted system installed throughout the house, including ducting in to our fully insulated garage; I wasn't ready to invest in the full-blown smart controlled ducted system. An example of them going above and beyond: they were able to accomodate my strange request to turn the garage area off when I know I won't be using it for extended periods of time. A switch on the wall now opens/closes the vent for that area.
They will be doing a courtesy followup in a few weeks time to ensure we're still happy too - a much appreciated service!
P.Absolutely recommend Waikato Heatpumps. From the first inquiry I made to receiving the final account, the communication and service was nothing but outstanding. Installation was stress free and the installer was very polite and courteous. Well done Waikato Heatpumps. Customer service like this is bloody hard to find these days!

N.Contacted these guys to fit a ducted system into an older style home. I found the communication to be excellent, and although the house layout is awkward, their team made it work. The finished system is exactly what I envisioned, the grills are all well aligned, and it works perfectly. Would most definitely use these guys again, fantastic business.
B.What a briliant company. From the word go they delivered. Top class service. One of the ducts in the loft failed. We phoned on the Monday after a terribly cold weekend. Conrad was here on Tuesday, fixed the problem. I can almost not believe the difference between it working properly as to the lame duck performance over the weekend. Thank you. I am very impressed.

But also because of Dom's commitment to providing great service. He is awesome (my hubby said he could have had a few beers with him even lol). We purchased a Daikin ducted heating/cooling system with airtouch 4 technology - WOW best investment we ever made. Wouldn't be without it. So easy, quick, efficient. the whole house is warm and dry, no more condensation, don't waste your money on DVS (we have before and nearly did again) the ducted system is well worth the investment. Heating and cooling, dry mode and ventilation. Zone control of the rooms. Amazing! is it winter? we wouldn't know unless we stepped outside. Thanks Dom, your a LEGEND
