I have use Heatmiser products for all my installations for the last 8.5 years now. Have had very few issues over that time but customer service is top notch and always happy to deal with anything asked. The product is very very reliable and easy to use compared to equipment supplied by other companies in NZ. I have recently tried a new released thermostat from a well know heating supply company and for this very un intuitive and unreliable for connection to the app. Sticking with Heatmiser products from now on!!

I have been using the heatmiser products for a number of years, i have even upgraded my own house to heatmiser thermostats because i believe they are the best on the market. all my new heating systems that i install have heatmiser controls in them and i have never had one complaint about ease of use even from the older generation. the back up from brent at heatmiser pacific is second to none, if you are looking for a great product with great backup then look no further than heatmiser pacific.

Love the product, easy to use and install Having the app control my heating makes it easy to operate the heating system by remote also being able to manager and keep an eye on the temperature with the house in those frosty periods of winter when pipes can freeze, I.e at the Bach, or your own hone while on holiday Highly recommended Great customer support, 5 star plus
