Excellent service from ALL -consultant,(Hayden) good advice, answered questions /concerns. very efficient office staff (pam & jan) with emails and phone calls & Installer -friendly, polite & tidy worker, who did re install as close to old unit to minimise holes in weatherboards & electrician.-promptly came during install so no delay & had heat for weekend - THANK YOU ALL!! UPDATE !! been in few days house sooo much warmer including bedrooms, aswell my washing racks now dry overnight.
