Pros: * Reasonable price * Good insulation job * Certificate after insulation Cons: * Slow email response * Communication issues among different teams (manager, insulation team, inspection team, accounting team, and customer). Suggestions: * Respond to customer emails in a timely manner * Keep all the teams on the same page for the same job * Don't promise to customers until you get commitment from relevant teams. You will lose customer trust and damage company image if the team does not appear as promised.

We recently had a heatpump installed and I gotta say what a fantastic bunch of people, Fatu was absolutely amazing engaged well and even went out of his way to accommodate us in such a short space of time for a install, and the guy who did our install was also a friendly chap. They were fast efficient and I highly recommend them, I have spent months looking for a reliable company and these guys are top of the class very impressed with the service well done team. Our home heating system didn't seem to be working very well and our power bills were very high. One of the G-Force Healthy Homes team came and had a look and gave us some very helpful tips on using the system correctly! We will definitely use again and have scheduled a free home ventilation assessment. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

I had underfloor insulation done at my property just couple of days ago, James Piliu visited my house for the assessment on Tuesday the 12/11/19, initially I assumed it’s going to cost me at least $1500, however to my surprise he advised me that I’m eligible for the discount, it’ll cost me about $560 regardless of my income bracket. Before I pay the deposit, James called me again the next day early morning to advise that I’m eligible for the 100% discount, means it’s absolutely free! I was so happy... he just made my day! Not only that James contacted the customer service desk and organized the installation promptly.... he stayed in contact with me during the whole process. Everything was done in an hour on Thursday the 14/11/19, then the auditor visited us on the same day to do the inspection! I’m extremely happy with the service I’ve received. A BIG THANK YOU to James and the whole team, I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work 👍🏼😊

James Piliu phoned me last week to advise me that the GForce original quote had been revised and that my installation for ceiling and underfloor insulation was now 100% fully funded and that if I accepted it could be installed the next week. I was completely “over the moon” with excitement. James kept me informed by email all the way through and the guys finished the install today and both ceiling and underfloor insulation were installed very efficiently and with no problems. Unfortunately there was a bit of mix up & communication break down over a few course of days to the guys who started the insulation & who was coming back to complete it But they got there in the end. This did not impact the high quality job done at all. A very friendly bunch. Highly recommended
