Kia Ora My husband and I are so happy with our Newly Heat pump which was installed yesterday my husband being 82 years old gets cold quiet easily. The guy who installed our heat pump has an excellent people skills which we look for in people ( sorry I forgot his name) old age lol. You guys deserve 5 stars. Well done guys
