R.Very attentive, professional service. Really appreciated the help in selecting a replacement heat pump for our home. Install technician was very thorough and friendly.
J.Those people are true professionals. I called them to fix my faulty heat pump (after a very disappointing experience with another company, review to come). Very pleasant first contact, appointment taken over the phone. In two visits the problem was completely fixed (after the first visit, the heat pump was working). The specialist explained in understandable terms what was wrong, how he was fixing it and useful advice was also given. As I told him I am going to sell the house, he gave the exterior unit a fresh paint job, so it's now not only fully serviced and functional but it also looks good. Really satisfied with the service and the approach, I recommend this company.
T.I am looking to install a heat pump and, following seeing advertising on a van and fair reviews on Google I emailed Abode requesting an assessment and quote. Following my initial review I was contacted (again?) and a quote was organised. My priorities have been in a state of flux so have yet to commit to an actual installation as yet.
C.Not the cheapest but probably the best. Asked some other companies to come and quote but they could barely manage that let alone installing anything. Adobe turned up when they said they would and did a great job. After sales support has been really good. Recommended.
