S.We also supply and install Fujitsu heat pumps regularly and they are definitely the best to deal with in terms of looking after their customers. A great product with awesome warranty procedures. I have to add that the two one star reviews on here are both a result of installer incompetency, unfortunately there are a few cowboys in the industry as with any, but Fujitsu are the only company that do their best to filter them out with the accredited installer certification. Always check the google reviews of a company before you accept an installation to give yourself the best chance of getting an all-round great experience.
