The installers had a tough job navigating around my wi-fi and kids sandpit. Despite having to add some 90 degree curves to get around things, the quoted price was honored.
Good price, we chose bay air on price and install timeframes.

The two units are awesome, certainly big enough. Some heatpump installers undercut unit size to protect their margins, not Bay Air!

The unit was installed within less than a week - a relief coming up to the Christmas holiday period.
The installers showed up on time, were efficient and professional and removed the old unit for us as well.
