G.Rory is an absolute LEGEND at diagnosing heat pump issues and recommending cost-effective solutions. Rory has excellent technical skills, but is also very punctual and reliable. Rory turns up when he says he will, or he lets you know if there's a change to the plan because of an unforeseen issue. I've had four heat pumps installed by Diamond Air and I'm very happy with the amazing work they do. Highly recommended!! A++++ work!! Just look at how many 5-star reviews they have. Don't bother calling anywhere else. Just go straight to the best!!
J.We chose Diamond Air on Star reviews. Rory made an appointment and gave us advice on where we should put the units. Hi specialist team installed them and we had a small issue. Rory came around and spent two and a half hours rectifying it and we are 100% happy. We honestly can recommend Rory and his team to do the install to your satisfaction.

C.i was really impressed with Rorys prompt service. he turned up and gave the best options for heating in my home. he gave honest and helpful ideas and not once did i feel he was pushing a product just for a sale. After clear discussion and decision, two heat pumps were inatalled and switches on heaters in 3 rooms (to automatically switch off after 45 minutes) to help manage power useage. im wrapt. thanks so much.
J.Rory provided a heat pump at our family bach and as the price was reasonable we requested a quote for our own house. We accepted the quote and we soon had the heat pump installed. Very happy with the heat pumps, prices and the service we received.
