G. G.Rory is an absolute LEGEND at diagnosing heat pump issues and recommending cost-effective solutions. Rory has excellent technical skills, but is also very punctual and reliable. Rory turns up when he says he will, or he lets you know if there's a change to the plan because of an unforeseen issue. I've had four heat pumps installed by Diamond Air and I'm very happy with the amazing work they do. Highly recommended!! A++++ work!! Just look at how many 5-star reviews they have. Don't bother calling anywhere else. Just go straight to the best!!

Rory came around and spent two and a half hours rectifying it and we are 100% happy. We honestly can recommend Rory and his team to do the install to your satisfaction.
