L.The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and everything needed for self catering was available. The apartments are very central to everything, supermarkets, marine parade and town centre are all within a short walk - ideal location. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to revisit.
N.Great location. Excellent shower. Spacious room. Access to fitness centre easy. Abd thanks for stay3 pay 2 opportunity after we had booked. But we struck a heat wave and at night unit above us had their heat pump on all night and the unit was outside our room meaning g we got little sleep. I did raise the issue at the front desk but got no action. Would stay agsin but not in a room with a balcony.
I.Good basic service. Can't complain, only stayed the night. Beds were very comfortable

The staff were super kind, and even waited for us as we were running late (arrived at the hotel at like 2030h).
The room is large, and well equipped - it has a kitchenette, desk, sitting area and large bed.
The bathroom is good but the shower is a bit open and water can get on the broader bathroom floor.
The location is quiet and a bit away from town but it's an easy 5-10 minute walk via the shops to the beach and more eateries.
Overall, the place was great value for money and the staff were amazing.

The location is perfect, right in the city and no longer than a 5 minute walk to the best restaurants in Napier.
The staff were very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Apartment was well equipped: full kitchenette with everything you would expect for an apartment. Bed was large and comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The A/C unit worked well.
The on site parking can be a little tricky to navigate and not suitable for large vehicles.
I would like to see Quest Napier take action to be more sustainable and replace single use items (toiletries, milk etc) with something else. Despite this, well deserving of 5 stars.
S.I totally enjoyed my stay at the Napier Quest. I was there over three nights for a conference and had an apartment in the old quarter. A beautiful solid large open plan space with lovely timber floors and a full bathroom, with a bath-tub which I love. Super central. The sun streamed in.
In addition, the day time host-manager was extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I needed help with parking and a room to use after my checkout for a ZOOM meeting; he readily provided both. I strongly recommend this place.
T.Great location. Bed was average, have had ones that we're more comfortable but the rest of the facilities in the room were good. Nice staff.
N.Great place to stay , management is friendly but very professional , rooms clean and we'll appointed. We stayed only a week or two after a major flood and the state of the place looked like nothing had happened . Kudos to all involved .
C.Rooms are modern and had a small but sufficient space in the balcony which has a excellent view to a car park. What better to have if you can make sure your car is safe. Kitchenette is good enough and bathrooms are big enough. Other than struggling to make my access key work at the front door everything else was great.
T.The location was brilliant. The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. The shower was very nice with a large head. Rooms were warm. Rooms have washing machine & drier. You made our night perfect.

K.We stayed here one night as a stopover and we loved it! The staff went out of their way to bring in an extra bed after the travel agent booked the wrong room and they were just so friendly. The building is beautiful and the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The fact that it is a family owned business really shows, it is all run so smoothly and professionally. Wish we could have stayed longer.

B.Pleasantly surprised now nice this is. Never having visited the area and not having any preconceived ideas on accommodation this one bed self contained apartment was a godsend. Having a washing machine and dryer saved us a major headache in looking for Laundry services, the large fridge held the wine and chocolate we had very easily and overall the apartment was clean, tidy and had usb charging ports, a modern TV to mirror our devices.
The front desk service was impeccable. They were very helpful giving out maps detailing the favourite restaurants, also local area highlights. The location is a very easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
S.Place is fine for a quick stopover, and meets all requirements. Staff were nice and room is spacious enough and clean. We however had issues with outside noise from car alarms going off most nights, which I realise is not Quest's fault, but something to be aware of.
P.Big and cosy room with cooking facilities and utensils. The location is right in town, very close to the Intercity bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants. The duty manager was very helpful and even help to push my luggage up to the room. He was also flexible in allowing us to check out slightly later. We enjoyed our stay.
T.right in the middle of the beautiful town of Napier. An art deco fantasy town rebuilt in this style after the earthquake in 1931. The hotel is quiet with very useful laundry room for those on longer trips and very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms vey clean and well appointed.
T.We have had a wonderful stay. We found our room to be of a good size. Kids can stay in separate room within same main door to allow parents to escape. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to the Simon family and the question team.
A.The owners of Quest were awesome and could not have been more helpful, and the building itself was a beautiful building in a central location and the room had everything you'd need for a great stay. Sadly there were two small issues which affected our stay - the first was that the air con in the room just wasn't very effective at all so it was extremely warm in the room the whole time. The second was that there is a gym right next door which starts it's techno music exercise classes with enthusiastic trainers on a loud microphone from about 8am every day. It was really pretty loud, so don't expect a lie in!
I still would recommend this place as a great, centrally located, clean, friendly place to stay though!

B.The host was very helpful and accommodating- happy for us to check in early to drop our bags. The ROMs are very clean and nice. Great location- only a short walk down the street to some great restaurants and bars.
T.The hotel overall is clean and very tidy. All the facilities are top notch. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help in any way. At the weekend there is a brilliant value for money. A beautiful little city.
C.Great location, safe off street parking can be a little tight but easily manageable.
Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and more than what to pull out a map and circle the main attractions.
For biking the garage is really safe with the added protection of a link chain.
Rooms were very clean and had great coffee and tea making facilities with the added hot plate and toaster you could create a quick bite.
Location is wonderfull close to everything with great restaurants near by and the pubs a little further away so the noise wasn’t an issue.
Only problem was the room was next to the local carpark and the street lights shone through the gap around the roller blind.
T.We enjoyed our stay at Quest Napier. Really friendly welcome. I'd just bought a new car in Auckland and was very pleased that it could be parked in a secure/locked car park under the building. I met the owners who were awesome. Have told my business partner who travels to Napier frequently and I thoroughly recommend a stay.
W.Loved my stay with the Quest. It’s very close to the town centre (about 5 minuets walk), has nice and clean room. I wish I booked earlier so that I could get a room with sea view tho. They provide underground parking which is $13 a day, but you can park at the public parking right next to it for $5 maximum a day, and it’s free after certain time and on the Sundays.
T.Very friendly staff, clean, tidy, good size room.
However:
1. Next door gym start music from 5:30am.
2. When the sun comes up, seagulls noise becomes real issue.
May be try double glazing windows?
s.Love the view. Clinton is very friendly at the front desk. Close to beach front. Nice room. It has a modern apartment feel to it.
b.Very good location to shops. A bit noisy at time, The bed wasn't that great either as it was too soft. Clean and tidy, Staff were very polite and friendly
L.I stay here every time I come to NPE. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good cooking facilities and it’s close to what you need. I can’t complain. It’s also nice and quiet.

A.I stayed at a few Quest locations and love the concept. They are nice, comfortable studio apartments with the amenities of a full service hotel.
P.Great place and recommend it however the early morning boot camp sessions from a nearby gym was a niggle - but there was a heatwave at the time.

Extremely nice manager who also had tips for a breakfast restaurant. Everything was modern and clean. The only catch, much of the beautiful wooden floor was covered with an unhygienic carpet. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation.

Ausgesprochen netter Manager, der auch Tipps für ein Frühstücksrestaurant hatte. Alles modern und sauber. Der einzige Haken, ein Großteil des schönen Holzbodens wurde mit einem unhygienischen Teppichboden abgedeckt. Dennoch eine klare Empfehlung.
