We purchased three infrared thermometers from HVAC Tools in the middle of the Covid crisis. Delivery was quick and all thermometers worked well on arrival. Unfortunately one started giving an error message soon after, but when Andy from HVAC was advised of this, a replacement was sent very quickly. (Apparently this was this was the first unit to fail in more than 2 thousand.) We have recently had these units tested as part of annual calibration checks and the tester was surprised at how accurate they are. These have been perfect for daily health checks of residents and staff.

I also ordered the wrong part by mistake and they paid for it to be returned and send me the new product the same business day so I could get my work done. I couldn't recommend Andy higher.
