S.We have used Malcolm Barker's services over a number of years (at least 20 years) to install heat pumps in our own houses and in rental properties we have owned. We have always found Malcolm to be completely professional and totally knowledgeable about his products. So much so that we have recommended him to other family members and friends and they have all been completely happy with his service. I couldn't rate Malcolm more highly and would totally recommend his service.
I.Malcolm recently installed a new heat pump in our home this winter, we appreciated his expertise and knowledge of the product he sells and installs, his experienced opinion with regard to the size of machine we required that would meet our needs and home. All this has been valuable and the heat pump installed in our home has proven to be amazing, definitely more than meets our needs and is keeping us toasty warm throughout this winter. We found Malcolm to be efficient, reliable, honest, integral in his work and very professional. We would thoroughly recommend Malcolm Barker if you require excellent advice, excellent workmanship and above all extremely experienced.
L.Malcolm Barker supplied & installed a heat pump in a rental property for me. I am very pleased with the installation and the price was very good. I recently had an issue with an older heat pump in another rental property. I asked Malcolm if he could diagnose what was wrong and estimate the cost to repair. He promptly came the next day and was able to quickly sort the issue for the tenant which was great and he did not charge for this :-) I have found Malcolm knowledgeable and very professional in his work and I highly recommend him.

J.Malcolm has been so easy to deal with and offers a good range of products at extremely ompetitive prices. He's always been very respectful and doesn't install a heatpump if it isn't going to meet the customer's needs properly. Very honest and genuine businessman and has done a great job on our house & our friends flats.
