P.Rang Nelson Heat Pumps, asking if someone to come out & give me advice on having a ducted heat pump installed, Found Paula whom I spoke to at reception to be very pleasant & helpful, arranged a time for someone to pop out.Paul arrived on time & he too was very helpful & explained what would be needed & was able to answer all my questions & there were a few 😆. So far great to deal with.
S.Excellent service from Nelson Heat Pumps! When I called to get a technician visit due to my unit leaking, I had helpful advice from the receptionist who advised me of what I might be able to do to fix it. When that proved to be beyond me, a technician was booked and Doug gave me a call to set up a time to visit. He arrived on-time and was very friendly and efficient in fixing the issue. Fantastic team, highly recommend.

G.Unlike others - NHP were not just competitive but they are more interested to fit the right gear for the purpose. Other quotes were cheaper but because the units were either undersized or cheapo brands that will use more power and degrade the unit and cost us more in the long run. Installers did and excellent tight job so that it looked as if the units were installed on the build. Guys thoroughly cleaned up afterwards (nice touch).
Very pleased with the Fujitsu units they sourced to match the indoor unit type we already had in other rooms.
IF BUILDING NEW, ask them about slab heating pumps as thats what i'd opt for if we build.
