On the first day of the install, I was talked through every step to make sure I was OK with their plan. The two teams that did the install were polite, repectful guys and were a pleasure to have in our home. Excellent installation process for the multi unit and single unit with a very tidy professional completion.

Wow. I am so impressed! Our hot water cylinder sprung a bad leak on the Friday before a long weekend. We're rural on rainwater tank, so this was stressful in summer. From our first call, it was just over 2 hours before they arrived. In the meantime, they talked us through how to stop the leak. The plumber & apprentice were professional, clear, friendly & followed covid guides. Our HWC needed replacement & they moved their schedule around to install first thing the first working day after the weekend. In the meantime, they made sure our old tank was powered down & draining outside our home. Their customer service is fantastic & super helpful with how we'd organise for this unexpected significant expense. The instal was professional & efficient and they warned me one of the new valves hadn't worked, so they used an old one until they could get a replacement. That night, the old valve gave out & they arrived within 2 hours of our call to replace the next day. They were calm, clear, professional, fast, respectful & efficient. They have our custom for life and a lifelong enthusiastic recommendation.

We were wanting to see if installing a larger infinity hot water system would be better for when we have 2 showers going at the same time. Climate came out that day and had a look. Darren was really good he advised it wouldn't really make a difference by installing a larger unit, and explained what we really needed to do. We received a very detailed and reasonably priced quote and given multiple options for payment. The job was completed on time and workers turned up at all scheduled times. From the time we reached out for a quote, right up until the install finished today, their team communicated superbly. With frequent updates on ETAs and Patrick gave us valuable advice on getting the best system/air flow, so we understood what to look for. With Daiken being the top end brand we didn't expect the cheapest and were surprised by the final quote, very fair. I have heard heaps of horror stories of installers leaving a mess of dust and rubbish, but not these guys. Climates presentation of vehicles, uniform, staff and proposals represents the overaal experience you'll have with Climate. Well done and thank you.

C&P installed our infinity system, their service from beginning to end was great and very much appreciated. Covid slowed things down but they got there as soon as they could. Would definitely recommend.

We had a hot water pipe split in our bathroom and the area became flooded. We turned the hot water off and went hunting for a plumber. This was the 1st day of Level 4. Climate came up in our search, contacted them and plumber arrived in short time and repaired the leak. Job was fairly complex as a lot of the repair was under our house and other joints were suspect and required attention. All done and everything fine since. Overall...we were very happy to have the job done so quickly. The bill was about what we expected too.

I have an old Daikin that lost its gas. After great advice from the repairman we are purchasing the showroom display model at a reduced price.

Contacted Climate as they were the only gas fitter available and I had a slow leak I needed repaired quickly. Worker was professional but office manager called to tell me what needed to be done. He directly contradicted the on site worker, then stated he had given me a quote for services needed and would not recommence work without 50 percent payment immediately. This was after the on site person had removed parts and the system was inoperable. Demanded written copies of a quote, bever received one. Only a note on bill that quote was issued. Complained about extortion style business practice and have been 100 percent ignored.

Happy with the equipment and installation. It was very difficult to book a time to install the unit after accepting the quote. I had to go in person to book the installation since all my emails where completely ignore after the sale was 'complete'. We waited for a month an half for the install to take place due to having no stock. I was also surprise they sent only one technician to move all the equipment and lifting the indoor unit. Not feeling safe for him, the equipment and our tv sitting just behind him. In the past, 2 technician were sent to complete the job in a quick and efficient manner. Not the installer fault, just the company trying to cut costs I assume. The unit wasn't small so not sure how this happen. Overall, we aren't too impress about CP. We did anoterh install a couple of years ago and the service was superb right from the begining. I found the wi-fi App also complex to use and take ages to sync with the unit. Just read the reviews online before buying this 'ad on' to your unit.

They were all in great spirits and got on with the job inside and out during the brief bouts of sunshine. We are so happy with the workmanship and they were polite and well behaved. I ordered replacement fire bricks which generally come in a set, I only required 4 and not 12 as the full set amount was. They agreed to order the full set and sell me just the 4 bricks which saved me quite a few dollars. Really happy that they were able to do that for me.

Cant speak highly enough about Climate. From the quote to installation everything was done so well. We were never pressured as to what heater to choose and we felt informed of each heating system. We are so pleased with our central heating system it has transformed our older house from damp to a warm cozy environment. Our son no longer gets asthma in morning since installation. To top if off staff who installed cleaned out my drain and fixed a fence latch as a random act of kindness to us.
