Moved to a new home which had a HRV system called them up they were able to tell me when last services, booked someone to come out explained the system did a filter change. Appreciated the time taken to explain the system quite given before tradesman arrived. No surprises very happy with the level of service we received.

CALLED HRV FIRST PROBLEM IN 16YEARS (WHOW) TECH ARRIVED EARLY ADVISED US A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE FAR SUPERIOR TO A REPAIR TOOK HIS ADVICE HAD PRODUCT IN SERVICE VEHICLE TO DO THE JOB APROX 1.5 HOURS LATER ALL UPDATED TO NEW SYSTEM READY FOR ANOTHER 16+ YEARS ABSOLUTLEY FANATASIC TECH REALLY NEW HIS JOB NO SLACKNESS JUST GOT WITH IT THANKS AGAIN HRV YOU CAN GET ANYONE TO RING ME IF THEY REQUIRE A HONEST REFERENCE REGARDS BARRY STYLES

Excellent service from a company that genuinely thinks of there clients . Installs and maintains and keeps us up to date with everything . Costs are average and they give you assistance if the costs are above your day to day costs at that moment . Could not say anything bad about there service , to the point now we are wanting water and heating installed in our home . Thank you so much HRV for making our home a better , safer and more economical home .

Awesome service from the two gentlemen that came to check out a fault. They were polite and professional at all times. They knew the product well and were happy to explain as they went along. We love our HRV system!

HRV come as soon as possible when I tell them that my key pad flashes filter. They change the filters, to which they are in and out of my home as quick as, no hassles. I certainly recommend HRV. Paula.

The HRV / Heat Pump install team, Ryan & Scott, we’re first class. They worked safely and diligently; they kept me fully informed; they looked for solutions that benefitted both parties (e.g. not requiring the pump); they were polite and courteous at all times; they cleared the various work sites; and the did a really great job with the installations not impacting anything other than the specific areas they were working on. I cannot do anything other than highly recommend these guys. They are excellent examples of skilled professionals. I would also like to commend the management team for keeping me fully informed which was very much appreciated and for all looking for possible improvements of installation times, even if I was unable to fit this in. All in all this was a very positive experience for me. Well done all round.

Have thought about HRV for a long time- to reduce heating costs ( dampness is hard to heat) now I don’t have to heat as all the air is dry filtered and fresh! Installers were polite and quick and explained things well. Highly recommend!

Bouquets for HRV for having an amazing installer named Ajesh Datt a really delightful man. He installed our HRV on Friday 19/1/20, explained every thing he was going to do and showing us what each thing did. It was not an easy job as we have a double ceiling in places but he managed very well and when it was all done he explained the pad and what it does and what to do. Very informative as usually you just get a book and a goodbye and you are left to wonder what to do. He made very little mess and what he did make he cleaned up before he went. Very rare in a person these days but no so Ajesh. We wanted to say that we think Ajesh is a great example in all ways to your company. Two very satisfied customers Heather and Ty Rix

Exceeded our expectations! The morning before hrv was installed in the middle of winter we had condensation on the windows with them open until after lunch but the first morning of it being in the house only 12hrs, almost all condensation was gone in the bedrooms and the rest of the house was dry. Now 1 week on we haven't got ANY at all on any window. The house smells fresh and clean and dry and have cut the heatpump use by half. Even our damp rumpuss room is dry and healthy. It feels like a new home! The guys who installed it were smart and quick. New exactly what to do and how they'd do it. Even went the extra mile to get the rumpusss vented. Great service all around. We have HRV heat transfer systems in all our properties, and wouldn't be without them. Quiet, efficient, and trouble free.

Dealing with Ajesh was great. He sorted out the problems with the office for upgrading our system nothing was to much trouble for him he went out of his way to make a second visit to us in the weekend.Thank you so much Ajesh you were awesome and very professional :)
