N.What an amazing process from start to finish. The team that came today were amazing. They said they would be here at 12.30 and they were! The only evidence left behind is the unit in the room and outside, very thorough and tidy. Lots of time taken to show us how to use the app on our phones as well as the remote.
We will be in touch next year for a second heatpump.

I had ended up stuck overseas during the Covid-19 pandemic and didn’t have the install site ready for them, that wasn’t a problem for Chad, he co-ordinated with the other trades and got everything sorted out for me. It was hugely appreciated.
