happy with product, happy with time of installation, but a couple of minor issues with fitment. a couple of repairs needed to ceiling. 1x drill hole where they thought vent would go but couldn't, and damage on side on extraction vent. both weren't mentioned until we pointed out. Nothing mentioned about being repaired.

Had a ducted heat pump installed in my 4bd home last week. Drakkar and Navneet did an awesome job of planning the install, selecting good vent locations and keeping me up to date every step of the way. The installation quality is exceptional, they really take pride in making sure the install looks tidy and will last. Quote was accurate and the system works well, cools the whole house right down in under 20mins. Would recommend Chillmax to anyone 👍

The installation of a heat-pump was done on the day and time agreed. The installation team were professional and very competent, who quickly and proficiently explained the "ins and outs" of the job, and guided us to the most appropriate setup. They did a very neat and tidy job. And, they were a very nice couple of guys as well. All that remains is for the sparky to do the final hookup, and my "man-cave" will be a much better place to be in. I highly recommend the whole Chillmax team (not only the install folks). They've all been a pleasure to do business with.

We used Chillmax to improve the heat distribution from an existing ducted system, and also to fit 2 new Daiken heat pumps. The guys were professional and the quotes reasonable. No unexpected delays or additional costs. I highly recommend their services.

We had a Daikin underfloor, ducted heating unit installed. We had a minor issue with noise from the unit and an issue with the WiFi controller which the team rectified. We were also surprised with the amount of space we lost with our hallway linen cupboard for the air intake. Apart from that the team were very efficient with the installation, taking about three days to install. They did the little things well like placing drop clothes down in the hallway and removing boots when entering the house. Happy with the final product, works well and is tidy. Good product, good service.
