We got our heat pump installed by JUDD. Alex was fantastic - his advice was clear and helped us with getting the concession approved too. Tharanga installed the unit - came on time and did an amazing job. Highly recommend their service.

When we had our first meeting for a quote Alex was on time, extremely informative and answered all my questions, we were so impressed we decided to go with them for our heat pump install. Turn around was super quick and they worked with us for a time that would suit us for the install. The team that came were all super friendly, did an excellent job the install was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves which was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

When we found out about the gov't subsidised heating we sent inquiries to three different companies and all responded but without hesitation we chose Judd. The other two wanted us to ring them for more information but Judd rang us straight away so they could visit our house for a free quote. Their prompt response and professionalism is highly commendable which we really liked. Alex and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Great communication and we didn't have to wait for ages for installation. Just the other week a lady posted in fb asking about the gov't subsidised heatpump and she's using a different company. She's been waiting for 2 months and still it's not installed. With Judd, we only waited for 3 weeks and the guys did an amazing job. Great team and company!

This company is the best to get heatpumps from no doubt!! I initially got a quote done from energy smart & this was going to take 19 weeks (or more) to get an install done... so i contacted Judd refrigeration to see if they could do it any earlier... WELL I was blown away to say the least... I got a quote the next day and had my install within a few weeks, they completely worked around us as we were renovating and did it in the steps we required (which meant they came back multiple times!). Alex was super professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable when doing the quote and the team who did the instal were the same. I could not recommend this company enough (I have already to multiple people) i just rave about them! So thanks team, keep up the good work!!

We were let down badly by another company under the government warmer kiwi homes scheme for a heat pump. After waiting 3 months we had to make inquiries with that company as to what was happening to be told by them that they could not get the heat pump we choose. We were annoyed that they hadn't bother to contact us so we went to Judd Refreigeration. Alex Judd visited our home in Dannevirke 2 days later and we had their quote the same day using the warmer kiwi homes grant. Judd Refreigeration installed a Daiken heat pump just over 2 weeks later what fantastic service. Judd Refreigeration's installers Joseph and Jesse were friendly and efficient and we are very pleased with the neatness of their work and our new Daiken heat pump. So thank you so much Judd Refreigeration we now look forward to warmer winters and cooler summers with our Daiken heat pump.

Mat, Kells and Joseph did a wonderful job fitting two heat pumps under difficult conditions as our house is architecturally designed. They managed to come up with a great plan to fit the two heat pumps in the centre of the house and took an extreme amount of care when installing them. Very professional and highly skilled. My heat pump heater thing is awesome, it’s constantly warm & cosy in my house wen I use it & it’s cheap on my power to use aswell.. I love it & so do the 8 kids I have here.. I have to take & hide the remote in my room wen I go to bed, so the kids can’t get it to play with it wen I’m asleep..👍🏼 The installation was dun fast easy & properly.. it’s awesome I reckon- everyone should get & have one cos it’s so awesome & good on power too considering my heaters on nearly 24/7 being cold winter here. Thank u Alex & the other dudes that installed it.. I’ve been living here for years using other dum expensive fan blowing heaters.. until I finally got this heat pump that warms our house up properly.
