C.We took possession of our "new" home early Aug and inherited a Kiwivac system which had not been used for many years. I contacted William and although we live approx. 1 hr from William he promptly arrived up to test and supply necessary equipment that was missing. This was functioning for 5mths but unfortunately (probably due to age) the motor burnt out. He once again arrived up within 2 days. A perfect gentleman he once again tested and replaced motor at a reasonable cost. He has provided us with excellent advise . Thoroughly recommend his excellent service. Karen & Cedric HBC
S.Excellent and very prompt service. The serviceman had everything available to fix where our grandchild had blocked the system. He also serviced it and repaired my vacuum hose which had years of use and now everything is like brand new again. He even cleaned up after the service. The bill was more than reasonable. I would happily recommend this company

S.About a year ago we had a Kiwivac system fitted out in our existing home, as we had had a Kiwivac system in our previous home. We loved the system so much we organised to get one in our current home too. I was very impressed with the professional installation and just love how it performs. I would highly recommend a Kiwivac system to anyone. We have had absolutely no problems with the system from day one, and the whole system and all the accessories that came with it are all very good quality.

L.We have had a Kiwivac system since we moved into our house 8 years ago. We preferred our pull-along vacuum cleaner as it had much better suction but loved the floor height suction in the kitchen that takes the sweepings. When this stopped working we called William to fix it, which he did quickly and efficiently. William didn't think our whole system was working correctly so took our unit away and found that it had an incorrect filter in it blocking the suction. William fixed our unit which now works extremely well and only charged us for the filter. We were very impressed with William and his keenness to get our system working properly. William and Kiwivac come highly recommended.

w.Managed to loose the lid to our Kiwivac system. ( I blame the husband) This is a new house for us and we have never used this business before. Found the service excellent. Within 24 hours a new lid proudly sitting on vacuum system. Very reasonably priced. Thank you.

I made contact over the phone, gave them a very amateur description of what was wrong with my central vacuum (sorry I had no idea where all the parts were lol). The next business day they made contact, he popped in on his way home from work and was able to fix the problem within an hour (pipe in the ceiling had come away. P.Wow! Trades that are not only considerate, efficient and on-time but in completing the pipe-out for our home, Campbell Russell & Nigel took the time and trouble to sweep-up the debris (wood shavings and miscellaneous wire clippings, etc.) that was a consequence of the work performed. They worked around other trades on site as our home was under renovation and took care that there was no conflict in the performance of their own work.
What a refreshing approach from Auckland contractors, to be so considerate - Thank you!
