We stayed at an executive one bed room just by the swimming room.
The main bed was comfy & had a good sized living room.
Everything is great, but rooms near the main road can be a bit noisy as you can hear cars & trucks were passing through.
A.Had a great stay. Friendly staff, tidy & well appointed rooms. The bed was comfy & the Aircon made a big difference on the warm nights. We'll be back for sure.

J.Our family have agreed that this has been one of the best places we have ever stayed. We particularly liked the facilities (the pool did it for the kids!), but we cant say enough about the genuine hosts- they were incredibly accommodating, were so friendly, and absolutely made our stay one to remember. We stayed for over a week, and could have stayed much longer. It was so clean, quiet, and well maintained. A highly recommended place for families. When in Nelson, we will be back.
J.Our go to place when we are in Nelson. Just returned home from a 3 night visit...very high standard of cleanliness, the whole complex is excellent. Great sized rooms, comfy beds, well equipped kitchenettes. Alistair is amazing, fantastic host. Always does his very best to accommodate our requirements, appreciated !

M.We really enjoyed staying at this motel. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had generous and fast wifi. We appreciated the AC in the bedroom as it got very hot. The saltwater pool was lovely, clean, and warm. Having access to a BBQ (and tools) was also great. Highly recommend and we will stay here again in the future.

L.very clean rooms, comfy beds, nice warm pool for kids, hosts were very helpful and nothing was a problem. close to nelson and good shopping options at Richmond mall 2 mins away. Highly recommended!.
G.Very clean, spacious full featured units. If you are booking for the park view ask staff for unit recommendations. Fully cooked in room breakfast for reasonable price. Would stay again. Roadside downstairs units can be effeted by more road noise.
R.Lovely. well appointed and quiet. need a rail for people to get in/out of the pool. no small kitchen knife provided. there were clothes horses in guest laundry but only wash machines/dryers mentioned in compendium. staff were very helpful.
L.The Parkside Motel is an absolute credit to Alasdair, Elaine and family.
Since taking over last October they have scrubbed the place to within an inch of it's life so for us, it is just like coming home. The grounds are always immaculate and nothing is ever a problem. For us it is a joy and a pleasure to return when we visit from Darfield.
And being passionate about "saving the planet", making the world a better place, we welcome the opportunity to hang our washing out on an outdoors clothes line.
Congratulations to you all, your customer service is second to none, 100/10. THANK YOU. Your welcome is so friendly and personal.
A.try and ask for a room away from the road, they've tried to block the noise as much as possible but it's hard being on a main road. Good sized beds and accessible, good pressure shower. Liked the kitchen in the studio too.
s.Stayed for a month while working in Nelson. The apartment was sunny, spacious and well-appointed. Management were very friendly and obliging. Enjoyed my stay very much and would highly recommend. Thanks!

Durchschnittlich gutes Motel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Anlage ist soweit gut in Schuss. Der Besitzer war super nett und immer wie ein fleißiges Bienchen überall am machen und tun.
