C.Steve and his team (Tom) at Temprite quoted and installed two floor mounted heat pumps for me, recently. They are brilliant; the advice I was given and the quality of the installation was perfect.
I have no hesitation in recommending this Temprite team.
P.Our Heat Pump stopped working at home on a Saturday. I called in to Temprites office on Mon morning about 9 am by 1pm they had a Tech check out the old Heat Pump which past repairing. Steve did a quote for me and our new Heat Pump was installed Wed morning which just coincided with a 1deg frost. I cannot thank Temprite enough for the great experience. Very highly recommend this business.
A.Fantastic service from Steve at Temprite Rotorua in regards to a quote and then being able to schedule us in sooner for the installation of a new Panasonic heat pump then originally expected! On the day of installation the Temprite staff than installed the heat pump were very friendly and professional & the service carried out on our existing service was very quick. Our new heat pump has made such a difference, and very timely as we head into cooler temperatures. Thank you Temprite Rotorua!

A prompt follow up to our home by Steve to work out the right heat pump for us. Again, professionally carried out. I was amazed just a couple of days later the heat pump engineer arrived to install the heat pump. We got a prior call to tell us when this would happen. The heating engineer was friendly and it was clear as the day went on that he was very experienced, doing a high quality job. We are delighted with choice of heat pump installed. Sadly our heatpump wasn't fixable, but we had within a week, a brand new heat pump. We are rapt with the speedy service, professionalism, communication - and price of our new heatpump. Too often I've been on the receiving end of 'tradies' that don't stick to agreed timeframes, or under deliver on agreed service. This experience was an example of how it should be done - I cannot recommend Temprite enough - top notch!
