From the initial quote to units installed and running was 1 week. As an electrician and being really fussy about other trades people working on my home I chose Campbell & Potts from Taupo because they are authorised Dakin dealers. From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic and their workmanship was on another level. The owner (Glen) even used my vacuum cleaner when they were finished leaving my home cleaner than when they arrived. Everything was done better than I could have ever hoped for and the system they recommend and installed works like a charm. They even spent time after the job was finished showing me how to use the WiFi app. I absolutely recommend Campbell & Potts for ANY of your heating and ventilation requirements and I'm sure you will be equally as impressed as I am with their servive. Fantastic service from these guys. We are so impressed with both the service and the product - a floor mounted Daikin. We had a little trouble understanding how to set up the remote and Lance was so patient in his explanation. When next in our area he even came to explain it again. Can't beat that sort of service! Lance from Campbell and Potts installed our Daikin heat pump a couple of years ago in an area of the house which had always very difficult to heat during winter. His advice as to the right size unit needed and where to locate to get maximum performance was spot on. campbell & potts in taupo, installed a daikin heat-pump in our small house and it has made all the difference this winter. we are warm. we had a heat pump already which came with the house but it wasnt enough to heat the house. a second heat-pump made all the difference and daikin had such good reports we went with a daikin.
