Fantastic service both with install and aftercare. The cost of supply and install was way cheaper than the local outfit, communication was on point and everything was left clean and tidy. When I had a slight issue with one of the pumps, Paul had it fixed in short order despite being flat-out busy. Can't recommed them highly enough

I rang Paul and he was around within 20 minutes! He rang me after he left with a quote for the job and to say he had ordered the parts. A day later the job had been done! Super impressed! Great job done, cleaned my heat pump while he was there and even put her batteries in both remotes! I had waited a month for another company to do it! Wish i had of gone to Hotshotz from the start!!

Paul was very helpful in the search for a new heatpump. They came to my house to advise the best option, gave a very competitive quote, and were quick to install. And it looks great! Huge thanks for the great communication and excellent work. Very happy with the upgrade and would recommend to others.

Hotshotz were all of the above. Prompt and responsive with replying to my request for Aircon Units to be serviced. Both units serviced quickly and efficiently, cheerful young man who knew what he was doing. Value for cost 👌, will definitely be using Hotshotz in the future.

To anyone looking for a heat pump in taupo I just had a Mitsubishi from hotshotz true 5 star pricing and Services which some business have forgotten due in part to how busy it is at present they make you feel special and go above and beyond so I highly recommend there services cheers Gary

Fabulous service from Brooke & Paul, from installation and servicing, right through to support recently when technical issues in the old circuit board of our house affected the heatpump. Even though Paul installed the heatpump almost 10 years ago, he was proactive, responsive and willing to diagnose and solve the problem. Basically he got it sorted without any fuss. Probably the most stunning example of customer service and care I've ever experienced. Thanks Paul and Brooke - highly recommended!

Probably about 10 years ago I contacted Paul and Brooke for the installation of a heat pump in my home. Paul responded quickly and efficiently and had my heat pump installed and running in no time. This made a huge difference to the warmth in my cold home (by the way the pump is still running well). Paul and Brooke have always been great to deal with and at times I have even been able to call Paul with queries regarding the heat pump which he knowledgeably answers. I was so impressed with their service that I am about to get further quotes on heat pumps for our current home. Thanks guys you are doing a brilliant job.
