Fantastic service from Steve. He gave great advice on the product and quoted an even better price. We are very happy with the LN50, would highly recommend Steve and his products and service.

Needed a heat pump for our large living area. Steven came promptly, advised options and quoted. He continually kept in touch with time frames, was punctual and cheerful! The installation was smooth and included a lesson on using the Wifi option that we had opted for. Can not recommend more highly.

We requested a quote online and was contacted the same day to arrange for a quotation. We received 3 separate quotations and found BOP Heat pumps to be extremely professional and willing to install based on my needs. Exceptional installation quality. Neat work. No damage and I did not have to come clean up afterwards. I am a bit OCD and could not fault their installation. Absolutely worth every penny!
