Had a positive experience with the work done. The office lady Helen was so amazing and knows her stuff. She was so impressive an her knowledge and reassurance on sorting the problem out. I give Helen 5 stars. The boss is a lucky man to have a valuable staff with lovely customer service skills.

I firstly had dealings with Helen in the office who went over and beyond in quickly finding my required part and getting it shipped up. She really made you feel at home in the office! The job ended up taking longer than expected, but quote was adhered to. Courtesy car was a dime and Andy went extra mile to deliver car to me after unexpected delays on getting the job done. Absolutely excellent service from Peter and team. My heater core was leaking, replacement options were priced and discussed and going the extra mile support was offered to assist me replacing the heater core myself. I’d recommend SMAC to anyone.
