Fantastic service and price. Initially I was planning to get a heat pump that was bigger than what was appropriate for my master bedroom but Emad suggested that a smaller one would be sufficient and more efficient as well as costing less. Took his advice and very happy with our heat pump. After ordering our heat pump there was a delay from the supplier and the courier company in getting it to Emad, so he personally went and collected the heat pump and offered to come and install it on a Sunday. He even changed one of our faulty power points free of charge. I highly recommend Emad and his Freezpoint team for any heat pump job.

Emad and his team were absolutely fantastic for my ducted Heat Pump install. I had 4 different Heat Pump installers come to look at the job. 3 of them said that ducting to back part of my house wasn't possible due to a flat roof extension. Freeze point were the only ones to say it would be fine. And it was. Making the impossible, possible. And their prices were really good too. They were on time, professional and courteous. The results were great and they cleaned up afterwards. I can't speak highly enough of Emad and the team. Thanks again guys!
