N.I contacted Mike to request a quote for a heat pump service as ours was 5 years old and had never been done. His reply was prompt, price was reasonable and he was able to fit me in within a week. Since mine hadn’t been serviced I was kind of expecting there would be some upselling of new filters or extra treatments but I was pleasantly surprised that he just came in, cleaned it all, checked it all, explained things simply and told me it was all good and didn’t need anything else. I was really impressed and would definitely contact Mike again for my heat pump needs.
