J.I have used Dan several times over the last 3 years to repair a heat pump that had stopped working and to install new heat pumps. Dan enjoys the challenge of bringing an older heat pump back to life and he is really good at it. His ready supply of spare parts means he can get them working as soon as he has diagnosed the problem. He has installed 4 new heat pumps for me and I am a very satisfied customer. He goes to great lengths to make sure he is installing the right size machine and is meticulous about doing a neat, tidy job with the ducting.Thoroughly professional and friendly, Dan goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with his work.

P.Called Dan in the morning and he came the same day to diagnose the problem we had with our heat pump that was not working. After a fast and accurate diagnosis he found one of the printed circuit boards to be faulty. He ordered a replacement board while on site, picked it up and installed it the next day. Professional job and Dan is a very friendly and polite guy on top of all that. Thanks Dan !

Other companies said they'd send someone to look at the heat pump in 2 weeks, Dan came on the same day, identified the broken parts, and replaced them on the same day! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am still amazed he could identify the broken parts, obtain replacements and install them on the same visit. Thanks for working in the cold rain Dan!
