M.Lithgow were too busy to look at our dishwasher, so I got another company to look at it who for $80 condemned it as uneconomic to repair. After buying a new dishwasher for $800, took the old one to Lithgow who fixed it with a $43 part, very quickly. All good as far as I'm concerned, a good business will always be busy with repeats and recommendations.
