P.I have read some bad reviews about this vendor but that wasn’t the case with us!! Great communication, offer of a loan TV which wasn’t required because the part showed up and the technician bought it to the house and fixed the TV on-site. Showed up when expected and the job was completed with no problems. Happy customer.
L.Dushan was very friendly and professional. He also took the time to made sure that the TV connection with my soundbar was working correctly. So good to have everything sorted.

Had no problems spoke to several staff and they were quite helpful.
Took my tv for one week did the repair and delivered back no ongoing problems.
Only dropped one star as they forgot to tell me they were coming once but at least they were getting things done.
You do have to be a bit patient with these kind of repairs.

After six weeks of waiting for our microwave repair, coastal electronics tried to tell me panasonic took three weeks to deliver a light bulb. I rang panasonic and was told that this is a standard stock item and it had been dispatched the day before. ie the day I rang and queried what was happening. I asked for a discount due to their lack of service and the said they would not repair it until they had agreement from management who of course now are continually unavailable. Never again will I use this company.
Since then they have bent over backwards to get the microwave fixed quickly and have not charged me for parts or service. This was really appreciated.
