HotChilly provide excellent customer service with a clear dedication to achieving trusted, high quality installations, fine tuning and ongoing maintenance support. They were qualified to retrofit into our particularly awkward and tight spaces when most others wouldn't or couldn't. They successfully installed central heating/cooling, balanced heat-recovery ventilation and hot water systems for us in less than a year during a period of global shipping disruptions.

We have had two heat pumps installed by HotChilly on two seperate occasions now and on each occasion the entire process has been fantastic. This is from first contact, to assessment, quote and the install. Everyone I have dealt with through all the stages has been extremely helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. Very happy with the selection of both units from the HotChilly team and the service they have provided. We shouldn't need another unit for a while but if and when we do I won't be going anywhere else.

I want to express my appreciation of the way Hot Chilly has worked in installing our Heat Pump. Its processes and procedures have been exemplary throughout. Kristy, who made the initial visit and provided advice and a quotation, was knowledgable and informed, and easy to deal with. The workmen who installed the Heat Pump were first rate: courteous, efficient and skilled. Melanie's communication throughout was excellent. It has been a pleasure to work with Hot Chilly.

The HotChilly team really stood out in terms of expertise and price. They also had a good eye for detail , were proactive and very professional. The install was pretty straightforward and we are really enjoying the airco unit. I can highly recommend HotChilly and and I’m happy we chose this company among others.

We had HotChilly install two Mitsubishi heatpumps at our home in 2006. We’ve had 15 years of trouble-free heating for our home out of them. A couple of weeks ago we thought it was time to replace both heat pumps. Confident in the knowledge that the service we’d had from HotChilly and the heat pumps they installed we chose them to replace the pumps. Their installer was super efficient . . . apart from the fact that they look brand new you wouldn’t know that they’d just been installed. He made a magnificent job of installing them and we’re delighted. They look tremendous and they operate even better than they look.. Thanks guys. We’ll be back to you in 2036 for the next upgrade.

Organised, professional, and fantastic team at HotChilly. We needed a specific a/c solution for our 2 storey home and Simon came out to speak to us, and scout out the details for the install. They were the only company to get back to us when they said they would, and helped coordinate the scaffolding work required to provide access for the installs. Zelda was hugely helpful on the phone and gave me regular updates on my order when the units were enroute. Simon checked in with me during the day of the installs as well and kept me across the progress/communications between himself and the team onsite. I highly recommend their services for anyone who is looking for a tailored and quality solution for your home, and to top that off a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

Hot Chilly were super fast and efficient, easy to deal with both Zelda in the office and the tech guy, even though I was communicating via phone with him. They cleaned up and serviced our heat pump, it's like new! Thank you!

Some problems with supply of the heatpump but installation happened as promised and the installation went without hitch. Heatpump performing very well. Would use Hot Chillie again.
