Heat Pumps Wellington provided me with a quick quote for my heat pump installation. Julian was responsive to my questions and had great knowledge regarding the heat pump install systems. I had a few other providers give me a quote but Julian provided me with the best heat pump quote and was willing to price match other heat pump installation companies as well. Really happy with my Mitsubishi heat pump! I am looking forward to a warm winter next year.

I am very happy that I chose Wellington Heat Pumps to supply and install the heat pump in my small home office room. Julian communicated well with me - promptly and clearly by text, email or by returning my calls. He was very polite and patient in answering my questions, providing options and finding solutions to the challenges we had with the layout of the room and location of the indoor and outdoor units. He arrived on time when he came to assess the room and again when he installed the heat pump. He left everything neat and clean when he was done. Workmanship was superb to the smallest details. Overall very professional! It also cost me less (a few hundred bucks!) for installation of the same unit than with a couple more popular heat pump installers who provided me quotes. This is an easy 5-star rating for me across a lot of things. It's not easy these days to find tradespeople you can trust and I'm glad I found one for my heat pumps. Next on my list is arranging with him maintenance of my other heat pump unit.

Julian responded quickly to an email for a quote and provided excellent information to enable me to make a decision on what company to engage and what heat pump to install ( it was replacing an old heat pump that had died). He came out on Sunday night to check the location so his quote could be accurate. He was on time on the agreed date and 100% professional in his approach to the work. He wore a mask and signed into the Covid code that was on our front door ( domestic house). The work was very tidy and I could tell by the way he carried out the work he was methodical and knowledgeable. I have engaged a lot of tradies over 48 years of home ownership and he would be one of the best, if not the best. He is first tradie I have seen using a torque wrench to ensure that tightness of the copper pipe fittings are what the manufacturer specified for the system. I will definitely use him when we need to replace the other heat-pump. Very highly recommended.
