We had two heat pumps installed in January 2020 and were thoroughly impressed with the service before, during and after installation. Sam and his team are personable, knowledgable, practical and reliable - I cannot recommend them enough.

Sam designed and installed a commercial AC unit in our dimensional metrology laboratory. We had a tight temperature specification of 20°C ±1°C 24/7 365 days/year. Sam did a professional job of the installation and tuned the system until it met (exceeded) our specification. I would recommend Sam and Whanga Cool without hesitation.
