Well my experience with Airmaster was fantastic. Arron the sales person came in on Friday afternoon. And We had a call from him on Monday your A/C has arrived. So we booked an installment date for Tuesday afternoon. The two man Tim and Lance worked non stop for 4 hours. Even in the heat of the afternoon. We were blown away with there hard work and ones finished they even cleaned up after them selves with a vacuum cleaner. And showed me how to work the heat pump. Thank you all at Airmaster for the great work. We are very happy with all the work and service. I have no problem to give your company name to any one that is looking for any of your services. We had AirMaster come and install a heat pump early March 2020. AMAZING!!!! These guys came to our home did a quote mid Feb, totally professional but not impersonal. So informative and honest, they listened to my concerns (I didnt want a heat pump I wanted a fire place) and were able to support their answers and even helped with ideas on how to maintain heat, best placement, concerns with brands within our budget with honest advice and modesty. They offered the largest heat pump to install in the best place for our home. We have an old brick home and needed extra wiring to install. Their price for this was affordable and well deserved. They came early in the day and installed the heat pump with respect and amazing professionalism. They gave full demonstration on how to use, and even a "cheat sheet" for those not wanting to read the long instruction booklet. Nice! The end result is if you want a professional, knowledgeable, affordable and friendly team to install such a critical investment into your home there is no team better than AirMaster. Everything from getting the quote to installation to completion went very smoothly. Competetive price, professional, efficient and friendly install team who did a great job, cleaned up very well after installation and took time to explain the systems operation to us. Have used these guys twice to put in aircon units. The last one was on very short notice and they got it installed and done within 3 days. Very tidy installers I might also add ... left no mess behind for us to clean up.

We had Airmaster come and quote. The rep sized up our needs and discussed the options. He left me with a firm quoted price. We accepted and paid our deposit. The office then scheduled the install and 2-3 weeks later the job was done. A small team came in and completed the job without hassle and left without any rubbish present. System works well. AirMaster have been nothing short of great to deal with regarding our ducted aircon system at our new house. We meet them on site, and I thought I knew what I wanted and where, but after going through the pros and cons of the position and product I realized that there was a better placement and better product than was initially thought of which turned out fantastic. They took the time to really understand how we used our house and what we wanted from our new aircon system. There after sales care has been great as well, coming back to adjust various settings to maximise the systems performance. I reached out to all the aircon places in town, some just gave me a price and others never came back to me.
