J.Excellent service! Kye installed a Wifi controller, ran through the app setup, and functions, and serviced our heat-pump all in a very friendly and professional manner. Would defiantly recommend for all your heat-pump needs!
A.From start to finish the process was easy which is what you want as a customer. I had no idea what heat pump was required or where to put it. After making contact I was called within 24 hours. From there Kye answered every question I had, sourced the perfect heat pump required for my space and communicated effectively and regularly until time of completion. The final installation was professional and could not be faulted. Great company, special mention to Kye for his communication, knowledge and patience.

K.It was a pleasure to have Ken over to our house this afternoon to service our aging heat pump.
After carefully laying down sheets to protect our furnishings, he skillfully disassembled the unit and brought everything outside for a thorough cleaning. The wall mounted components he couldn't remove were also thoroughly cleaned in situ.
Next, he directed his attention to the inverter outside, which is now sparkling and humming along better than new. Once everything was carefully put back together he verified with a thermal sensor that the performance was up to his expectations (it was). There was the slightest watermark on the plastic remaining from cleaning, and being a perfectionist, Ken went to the trouble of going back to the van (great logo btw) to get the ladder out so he could leave it 100% sparkling.
I am really impressed with Queenstown Heatpumps and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to have their heat pump serviced. Ken is a gentleman and I look forward to seeing him again next winter when we have another service.
j.Kye provided great customer service. Gave me some great tips to be more efficient over the winter months. I've now got him servicing my company's offices as well as personal property's around QT.
