The place is clean and tidy. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Their waffles and ice cream are so deliciously good! Also try out their coffee, very nice 👌 Will definitely visit again soon 😊

Back again for creamy ice cream, not too many options during lockdown my favourite set to turn to a takeaway style. Seem taste as usual just a different look.

Waffle is big enough to share, the thick shakes and frappes are delicious

Awesome place. I ordered the salted caramel in a cone. In some other places the cones are soft, but here they are crisp and delicious. The lady who served us (American?) deserves a special mention. She was so kind and went out of her way to help us choose. Definitely coming back!

They were too good but expected some patience by staff while deciding. Would have given a 4 but for the service had to rate a 3.

It was good. Just the man behind the counter needed help as people were coming in and some of what we ordered took awhile because it was piece of art been made. Lol

Movenpick. Hands down the best ice-cream I have had in my life. The flavours are so unique. Whether you want to try maple walnut or blueberry cheesecake or just the classic vanilla and strawberry flavour, Movenpick has it all. The most delightful and pleasant ice-cream in Auckland. Top notch. 5-stars.

It’s always a pleasure to visit the store with family and friends, the ice creams, the ambiance, the music is wonderful to set the mood and last but my least there customers service is top notch, specially wanted to mention the curly hair beautiful lady who’s customer service wins our family heart with her compassion and care towards the kids and all of us with her positive aura she creates with her smile, definitely a gem of there team. Totally recommend for a sweet treat with family and friends .

Stopped in for a treat when in the area. Its barely changed since I worked in Parnell 10 years ago. Ice cream was great as always, not a huge range like some other ice cream brands, but enough. The premises could do with an upgrade to improve the dine in experience, its a pokey and dark place.

Lovely ice creams. Waffles were awful and was not impressed at the price nearly $14 for one ice cream. That's why they are quiet.

Took 2 teenage girls on a public holiday. There was plenty of on street parking this day and the girls loved their shared dessert platter (see before and after photo) although they would have liked to choose their own ice cream flavors. It's expensive but worthwhile for a treat. The coffee was average.

Great place to get a treat after dinner in Parnell. Not too many ice cream parlors in Auckland. The have cups, waffle cones and about 15-20 flavors to choose from. The quality is as expected from a Swiss shop and the flavors are outstanding They also have pints to take home. A bit on the expensive side especially if you get a waffle cone which runs around $8.

. (05/2018) This awesome ice-cream shop is well located over Parnell road and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Easily approachable. Well managed, organised and nicely maintained. Spacious and comfortable seating. Cosy ambiance and awesome atmosphere. Friendly and efficient service. Helpful and cordial staff. Tasty ice-cream with some amazing and unique flavours to choose from although the choice for sorbet lovers or those with eggless requirement is limited. Good for groups, celebrations, family, kids and catch-ups. Could not notice wheelchair accessible seating or high chair in plain view at this location. There is no dedicated parking area available although limited street parking can be found around. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Good for quick visits. Enjoyed the experience.

Ice cream is great. May be Covid19 level 1. Only one staff on duty. So tables did not clean up.

Nice atmosphere. Very friendly proprietors and staff. We found then to be very accommodating. They appear to be open all the time. Thanks for a great experience! We'll be back!

Hand dryer wasn't working in the toilet and the whole place could do with a good clean but service was good and the ice cream itself of course leaves nothing to be wished for.
