Quick and polite service. The vanilla brownie ice cream was delicious! Edit - Went to Movenpick Takapuna again this week. They were all out of vanilla brownie ice cream so I got the cappuccino ice cream instead (on the left of picture). It was really yummy! You could taste the coffee in it but it wasn't too strong or overwhelming. Also not very bitter.

I went there this morning to have an ice cream and it was so good! I feel sad for the staff as one customer was so rude to her but she still kept her patience and she is still nice to her. Blueberry cheesecake and Swiss chocolate are the best!

I got more than I expected. Making milkshakes and smoothies of your choice is just fantastic. I loved the blueberry cheese cake ice-cream😋

The ice cream was lovely. Mine was Maple walnut & 2nd scoop Boysenberry/Cheesecake. Hubby had Swiss chocolate & coconut 2nd scoop Creme brulee all so yummy & on such a beautiful sunny Sat & lucky to be out & about. Life is good. Highly recommend if in Takapuna.

Yum yum yum , not many space in store but you can find the place in the park, nice ice cream, delicious, kid is really like it. For sure, I will go again.VH

Stopped by after lunch for ice cream. Ordered the nut lovers dream shared platter. There was only one person on (it was midday on a Thursday) so there was a little wait for ordering. The platter was alright although the cream was over-whipped. Ice cream was nice like always. There was a fairly nice seating area outside but it was quite small.

Great place for an ice cream. Parking is a bit difficult though.

As always, ice cream delights me. For once tried bluebeery cheesecake over my favorite tiramisu and indeed it was great in flavour.

Went tonight to have a dessert after dinner. The trainee was on with no supervision at all and it was starting to get crowded. I have to commend him on his level of customer service and wanted to point out that even though he was apologizing for slow service and presentation that our ice cream was delicious. A plus service.

Hey there team, My friends and I stopped in tonight and were served by Logan. His customer service was amazing and we all left with our ice-creams feeling pretty great. He is amazing an knows how to rock what he's doing. Well done Logan, we're always going to be your hype men.

Vansh and Logan were awesome at their Job. They made great peppermint teas, and my partner had an awesome mocha (even though they self claimed to be trainees) it was a top notch experience and I will def come back. Please give this guy a pat on the back for their amazing customer service skills. 5/5

Staff are friendly, everything is clean and ice cream very flavorsome. Delicious date idea to grab an ice cream and walk to the beach and this Movenpick also does plates of different ice cream on their menu for a little more which could be fun for tasting

Its ok

Came to Takapuna for a quick coffee and sweet treat fix. Was pleasantly greeted by trainee (Logan) and Vansh. Had a couple of laughs while ordering mocha and tea for the wife. Trainee's mocha was really good, Vansh was initially hesitant in letting him make it lol. The boys did an awesome job on the night with all customers, give them a raise please...at least give a proper name badge not "Trainee". Good end to our evening. Thank you

Good selection of both ice cream and gelato, easy to find, and located near some convenient seating and a lot of other shops. Worth popping into in summer

Super pricey, very expensive if taking the whole family. They have the most delicious desserts though if you check out their cabinet over on he right hand side. They make nice coffee here too. They are very kind about letting the kids try new flavours on the little tasting spoons and the staff are very friendly and patient with them!

Great customer service. Staff has are well trained and has good knowledge about the ice creams. I would recommend to try my personal favorite Stracciatella.

This place is nice and quiet during the day. The ice cream is good, just like any other movenpick. You can also get coffee and warm desserts. It is on street parking only.

Mövenpick is by far one of my most highly recommended ice cream shops in New Zealand. I've tried all of their flavours several times and between the mint chocolate and the Caramelita, the come top of the class in their respective flavours

Good ice cream but nothing that has jumped out as amazing so far (after several visits). Service is good, location is good - just a few minutes from the beach. Overall a nice place to visit - but not outstanding

Ice cream is good, but don't ask for the waffle cup because is very fragile and you end up eating ice cream with your fingers

Nice but becareful if you get a double scoop on the waffle it breaks easy. Get a bowl just in case. Super friendly service

Movenpick icecream is definately one of my favourites... every store including this one has everything you would want .... It is situated perfectly in takapuna and the staff here are very friendly

McCormick is a very good Cafe.It locked in some suburbs of Auckland,for example, in Newmarket, Missonbay,Downtown,Takapuna etc.So it has a lot of customers in Auckland.

Wow! Best movenpick in the country and I’ve been to a lot. Ice cream scoops are a decent size and coffees are always perfect. Lovely little walk down to the beach has made me a regular. Excellent customer service, Mona is always really welcoming and has even memorsied my order :)
