Needed dessert after dinner so came by here since it was close by and we wanted ice cream. Apart from ice cream they also have other hot or cold desserts that is served with ice cream. I tried the cinnamon chimney cone since it looked quite interesting. They do have tastings if you weren't sure which ice cream flavour to go with. The decor inside is quite interesting. There are bikes on one side and a sand pit on the other, complete with toys. The tables also had board games on them. It is quite a nice place to just sit and enjoy your dessert.

A good place to have a rest and ice-cream after the walk from Silo Park to the wharf. Lovely atmosphere and setting. We visited at 1:30pm on Sunday but only two staffs working in the shop. A long queue waiting to be serve.

The ice cream dessert with a selection of pastry plus ice cream was really nice. It looked heavenly. I especially liked my order which was espresso ice cream with coffee cake. My partner had the mango cheesecake with passion fruit ice cream. We both love the passion fruit ice cream but was not really into the cheesecake. The base was a little bit too frozen to be broken. Staff were all friendly and nice.

Great icecream, with a good selection of flavours. Reasonable prices, especially for icecream in the city. You can also get a tasting before you decide. Seems pretty popular on Friday and Saturday evenings.

A nice ice place, with modern take on how to serve an ice cream, such as: between a pair of macarons, between burger buns, etc. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price doesn't really make sense; $11 for an ice cream burger? I can get a real burger for about $2.50; or for $11 a big juice real burger from the like of Burger Fuel, Burger burger, etc. To be honest we went here just because we already pay a lot for our parking, and I've promise my friend that we gonna get ice cream; then the queue for Joy Ice Cream is already so ridiculously long, that we know that we won't make it in time even if we try. The ice cream is standard New Zealand Natural ice cream. So yeah, it's nice... but too over priced.

Great location. They offered me free chocolate dipping which tasted amazing! I wanted to wash my hands after having their delicious ice cream but there was no bathroom in this store.

Lots of ice cream options: cones, ice cream sandwiches, floats, tea with icecream, etc. Good, patient service. Great atmosphere, with many games for kids and adults.

Based on the best flavoured icecream I have ever had. It tasted like Belgian Chocolate- so great. Also the watermelon and mint as well as the English toffee were both great 😊

Delicious icecream and sundae. Creamy and melt in your mouth! Will come back again for sure. Such a pity that the Auckland City Council roadworks put the barriers all around the place making the access to shops in CBD hard.

The ice cream and sorbet is ok. Not fantastic, not awful. It tasted like something you would buy in the super market. It's suffering from the massive and multiple construction projects around them. So we were happy to support them even if it wasn't super.

Great place. Really nice ice cream and really unique. They are supplied with board games that you can play. There is also a sandpit for kids. Melt has an amazing atmosphere and you just feel so relaxed It is a great place for all ages. The ice cream sandwiches were delicious. There was so much variety not only of the ice cream flavours but also the things the ice cream went into. Eg ice cream sandwiches. Great for all ages. Definitely recommend this place.

Especially love the pistachio ice cream and hot chocolate. Inder was extremely hospitable and delivered great customer service.

The ice cream is delicious and the exciting variations make it fun for adults and kids alike. No bathroom and odd shaped store, awkward seating, okay coffee. Recommended.

Ok experience sadly not a lot of options for icecream in downtown. My boys enjoyed theirs but mine tasted funny (to me...the boys were happy to polish it off). $20.50 for 3 cups of sorbet/frozen yoghurt and 1 kids icecream cone. Seems about standard for prices.

Nice staff and quick service, but the ice cream flavors we tried were pretty average. The green tea ice cream was especially strange, with a bubble-gum sweetness and not much matcha flavor.

Melt is an awesome Ice Cream Parlor. It has a wide variety of flavors, it is always very tidy and well kept and the staff display fantastic customer service.

It's nothing to write home about, but the ice cream is tasty and there is a decent selection. One plus is the store is oversized so you can sit in and enjoy comfortably.

Very nice location! My toddler loved it esp cuz of the lil sandpit play area with lots of toys and def the yummy ice cream. Would def go again. The only strange thing was theres no toilet in there. I had to change my baby bit wasnt able to. They shd make a restroom for customers otherwise polite staff and very friendly.

So many good choices, from ice cream to pastries to conconctions of the two! Coffees too. They've also got a lot of board games inside which is even better to entertain us as we wait for the ferry

The mint kisses flavour is ok, but I still prefer Movenpick better at the same price.
