Beautiful large strawberry ice cream made with fresh strawberries. Nice to have shaded seating on a hot summer’s day! Only downside is that they don’t have blueberries for blueberry ice cream, but that’s okay. Well designed with nice antiques and commemoratives dotted around - Will definitely return!

We stopped by on the way back from Muriwai. We wanted some ice cream as a treat for walking around for a couple of hours. They have homemade gelato as well as fresh fruit ice cream or yoghurt. It seems like they only had strawberry as an option for the fresh fruit ice cream. The gelatos were scooped at the front after paying but we had to wait for the fresh strawberry ice cream since there was a line for it. I went with the mandarin sorbet. It was sweet and a bit sour but had a strong mandarin flavour. They also had an apple sorbet which sounds interesting. They have a fairly large outdoor seating area on the side where they hand out the strawberry ice cream. it was shaded and a nice place to enjoy the frozen treats. It was a nice place to stop by for some sweet dessert on a hot day.

Cute stop on the way back from Muriwai - The simple icecream menu of just strawberry ice cream or strawberry yoghurt made it super easy. If you're into thickshakes and stuff, they have that too. I got the strawberry yoghurt and it was perfect for a hot day. There's plenty of seating inside with a cool vibe and also lots of shaded outdoor seats if you want some breeze.

Really good ice cream. Big portion even with the small cone. Cute chocolate on top. Only thing annoying was the tissue paper sticking to the cone near the end. So if they use paper instead will be better.

Stop going elsewhere to get ice creams. This is the best place to get your delicious, mouthful strawberry ice cream! Decoration on the wall was eye catching and it would be a must go place in the west. Best route to go to hot pools and on the way back, pick up some ice creams. 😁

It was a bit of a long wait, but the strawberry real fruit ice cream was worth it! There are some nice gelato options as well - definitely planning on going back to try!

One of the best fresh fruit ice cream I ever tried. Tried this when we were turned down by Phil Greig. Lucky we came here. Highly recommended. Outdoor sitting space is great. Will be coming back always to same store from now. Staff was really good as well and served us at last minute of their closing hour. Good on you guys, keep this up. Thank you so much 👍

Regular visit....try the strawberry yoghurt in the biggest waffle cone around... other fruit flavours would be give great choice

We just went here for ice cream to celebrate one of our girl friend's birthday. Wide selection of ice cream, sorbet and smoothie. Young and old would enjoy their time here.

If your heading North West this is a great little spot to stop for gelato, ice cream or coffee. A great seating area outdoors and a few different spots to chill out.

Conveniently located on the highway with parking on premises. Friendly staff and quick service. We tried both strawberry ice cream and strawberry frozen yogurt. I'd pick ice cream anyday. Worth a visit if you are in Kumeu.

If ice cream is your favorite (like mine) then you should stop by this store for best tasting ice cream with strawberries. Staff are friendly. The place is cozy for a short stop along the highway.

The cleanest strawberry ice cream and yoghurt I've tasted so far. Loved it so much I had to drive back out there a week later for more. Parking on site, make sure you slow down after you see the 50m sign (heading towards Auckland) else you may overshoot hidden parking entrance. A great treat to have after a visit from Muriwai. Totally recommend adding extras like nuts and chocolate dipped. Gelato of other flavours available, outside coffee stall closed on Mondays.

First impression is this may be the best Gelato I've ever tried. Only downside is it gets pretty busy some days, and I can't get any cause I'm not a fan of crowds.

I cycle to juicy every weekend & reward myself with a delicious Gelato & sorbet in a cone! There's always a bit of a cue,but in my opinion...its worth the wait! Yum yum 😋

I frequent this joint all too often, after a trip to the beach or some dirt at Woodhill. Far too awesome that it deserves more than the stars on offer. The facilities available are clean but can get untidy from the droves that stop by. The staff are great and pleasant in general. Nice gelato flavours available but think the real fruit flavours are by far better. The coffee however is far best suited for those whom like a weak blend.

They had lots of customers and were pretty busy, but they were really nice and patient when we were choosing our gelato flavours. The land they’re situated on is very peaceful and quite scenic. It’s nice to just sit their and eat gelato with friends or family.

Family's absolute favour ice-cream shop, visit nearly every weekend we can. Flavours changes on a weekly basis, get to try something new and exciting on a regular basis.

Great gelato, fewer flavors at the moment in level 3, but usually they have heaps of choice, as well as their strawberry ice creams. Also delicious.

My favourite place to get real fruit ice cream! They are huge and have a little chocolate marshmallow strawberry to top it off. It is always a tough decision deciding between their huge variety of delicious gellato, sorbet or real fruit ice cream!

Strawberry sorbet is great! Gelato's flavours are great too! The girls are kind and smiling. Location is nice, a lot of space to enjoy your icecream 😋. The only bad thing for us was that the coffee was closed 😔 but if you are looking for a sweet treat it is definitely worth it.

Love their lemon and passionfruit gelato. However, their ice cream has been lacking in flavour and they are not changing them as often as they used to, their pistachio ice cream was amazing but they never make it anymore, too many chocolate base flavours now, not a fan

As always really nice real strawberry ice cream... The best out of the two or three real fruit ice cream places around here. Great service too.

Always a great place to take a break and get a treat, especially on those hot days. They've extended their seating as well to include a nice grass area at the back of the carpark with seats and umbrellas for those sunny days. We can't pass through Kumeu without stopping in.

Coffee from the drive-through is great. The staff are really friendly and if you make a habit of it they remember your order and, most often, it's ready as you drive up. Super quick.

Very yummy, creamy and refreshing strawberry ice-cream! Would have given 5 stars if it had more strawberries to the mix. Also it took so long for them to make it, it wasn't even busy so would hate to be there on a day when there's a crowd.

$5.50 sounds a bit for a single scoop ice cream but it was a really good size in a yummy cone and the ice cream.... delish

I haven't tried the real fruit options. Gelato is generally amazing - black forest and chocolate are amazing. However, sorbets are really bad flavours - I don't think real fruit is used for some of them. Watermelon is honestly just gross and more like overchewed bubblegum flavour. Blueberry also very average with a fake fruit flavour. Price is ok, $5 one scoop, $6.50 for two scoop. I guess you should try to test them out first, but when it's busy this is hard.

Good ice cream! Range from fresh strawberry to gelato and sorbet. Nice relaxed seating and they roast coffee on site 3 times a week! Be sure to have some. Drive through coffee available early morning all days.

Great product. Pity about the wait. Have 3 icecream machines on the counter. 4 members of staff milling around behind the counter doing nothing. Just 1 machine operating. And you then have to take a number and wait!

Mixed review on our visit. Great product however customer service was below par when a staff member began to laugh when I started to stutter. We live in a society where people are different and as a teacher I teach children about acceptance and being different. It is disappointing when I experience these situations.

A fairly slick operation, quite busy with about a five minute wait for an Icecream. Person working the Icecream maker going flat out and a little terse. Near the end of the berry season and the amount of berries in the Icecream a bit low.

3 stars because of the staff's service and tone of communication. Ice is top notch but the service dampens the overall experience. The girls at the counter were responding in just "Yes" or "No" with a poker face which is really not very hospitable.

Best strawberry ice-cream place ever! People say its a bit pricey but its definitely worth it and you get a pretty large ice-cream even if you get the kids size. The ice-cream has the perfect mix of vanilla ice-cream and strawberries. The ice-cream also doesn't melt as fast as other places which also sells strawberry ice-cream

Really good gellato. Always seems to be less busy than basically the same place 500 meters down the road. Only slight downside is less seating. Good flavour selection. Staff are really friendly and they still do the fruit/icecream blend too.

By far my favourite ice-cream shop in Auckland. I find it very hard not to stop in any time I'm driving past. The pineapple lump flavour is a must try .

One of fresh fruit icecream bar in Kumue. They serve various kind delicious icecreams and gelato. There are less group tourists so that better service and not much crowded compare to the other icecream shop just across the road. Also medium size icecream is bigger than the other shop i the similar price range.

2 places here in same building. Juicy Strawberry's sell fruit ice-cream. I prefer the Gelato which is slightly cheaper than average but much bigger serving sizes. Gelato and Sorbet is made on the premises and include the usual and some creative flavours which regularly change. Highly recommend this place!

Pricey as has been mentioned before, but worth it. There is plenty of seating arrangements outdoors and coffee/Gelato is available. Best amongst local strawberry branches. Make a perfect outing for families during a hot summer.

Great location on the way home from Kumeu. Popular spot so expect a wait. They also do fresh strawberry ice cream.

This is a very popular stop for icecream. There is good parking although the entrance can be hard to see as it is just around a corner in the road. I often stop here to buy an icecream for guests and myself. Unfortunately they have recently raised their prices and the icecream is now pre-prepared rather than mixing in frozen strawberries as you wait. It can get very busy and at these times the service suffers. There is an alternative icecream stop a little further South (the Southern shop is the original in this area) and on the other side of the road.

Only discovered this recently when driving by... had to go back to see why the car park was soo busy and the queues were long... Well it didn't take long to find out that they offer huge range of icecream / gelato flavours. I think the last one I had was strawberry meringue.. with actual lumps of meringue in the ice cream.. yum! They let you try before you buy! So I try something new every time I go back.

Stop for an ice cream, or smoothie, your choice. A family friendly place that has delicious ice cream, good portion sizing and comfortable seating. Parking is not a problem either.

This place is like nowhere else. I just love the bright orange and Yellow bean bags that you can Lounge in while you eat amazing ice cream or while you devour your coffee. They also have an early morning coffee drive thru service for the commuter. Uber cool place

Absolutely amazing place to stop at for a yummy ice cream, just bought myself a double scoop of lemon sorbet and cherry cheese cake and my god it was absolutely to die for, recommend it to everyone that is wanting a summery, cold ice cream.
