E.Truly exceptional experience. Very generous scoops, conversational service about the bountiful variety of flavours, iconic decor and welcoming vibes.
Salted toasted coconut tasted like summer, and watermelon/mint/chili was even better than I remembered it to be!

R.Really cool ice cream shop. Not just the default scoops on a cone or in a cup like every ice cream shop, it has many different menu options. The kids loved their banana split. They were given so many options.
I'm a home ice cream maker myself, and if I'd open a shop it would be like this.

I enjoyed Boysenberry, but, lived the coconut 🥥 ice cream the most! I hope to come back tomorrow if time allows for another coconut one.
Payment avenues: No Google Pay, no Paywave but, they have their account number to make an online payment other than EFTPOS with pin required or cash.

G.Wonderful selections in ice cream flavorings. .. also they make very nice coffee with a free biscuit. Better option than the piece of chocolate given in many places. ... excellent attention from staff and place very clean.
S.I order 2 scoops on cone. The size is quite small compare with another ice cream shop that I used to go (price is not much different). The top scoop is a bit smaller than the bottom so you should mention staff which flavour is for top and bottom. I ordered lychee and rum&raisin. I try lychee which got awards and Rum&raisin. Both are ok and gentle sweet for me.

M.The stroopwafel and ice cream sandwich was divine. Stroopwafels are made in house, and the award-winning ice cream had a nice creamy texture, was surprised it wasn't gelato. Very pleasant discovery visiting Nelson.
H.The ice cream is superb, one of the best ice creams I have tried in New Zealand. The selection of flavours is brilliant, ranging from classic ones to some very modern/gourmet combinations. I will definitely come back here next time I'm visiting Nelson.

D.It's the best Gelato I've had so far in NZ! Many unconventional flavors like cucumber or lavender, and interesting mixes like watermelon, honey and apple or strawberry and lemon. The owner is very friendly and can recommend you a flavor, in case you cannot decide (so many great ones!).
If in a group, I recommend getting a 1/5 kg box, you can fill it with all the flavors you like.
A.Really great tasting ice cream. They have original flavours such as ginger and feijoa or watermelon, mint and chilli (both award winning combos). More classic flavours are available too as well as interesting tastes like Marmite. 2 scoops cost $7, which is reasonable and the service is friendly. A quality place to get good ice cream in Nelson!

K.Very unique flavors and great gelato but quite expensive. It was rather quiet on a weekday and the staff started vacuuming at 3pm while we were still inside even though they were supposed to close at 6pm.

J.Yummy Icecream with many flavour varieties. Certainly worth a visit if you like icecream, but go sit outside somewhere, its a bit tacky. I'm also marking down as they use a lot of "throw away" plastic. Would like to see more wood, paper, bamboo and bring your own options

N.I've been around the world and this is literally the best gelato I've ever had. The owner is an enthusiastic artist, glad to talk about his craft and give recommendations. Cucumber gelato was absolutely amazing, as was his watermelon, chilli, and mint sorbet. We tried every flavor, plus some he was working on, and every single one was beyond expectations.
E.Such a great gelateria!!! Besides all the awards and delicious flavours the owner comes from Argentina which like a New Zealand is a great diary producer and to top it off if great Italian influence, where gelato was created. I have been in Argentina and have to say this place didn't stay behind.
