Waffles here are good for a quick dessert fix! Tried the black forest deluxe waffle. It was packed with flavour, but extremely soggy and unbearably sweet.

I wish I had good things to say as we were really looking forward to this! We tried the mrs mocha and berry forest. Flavours were good but waffles went soft and soggy in no time :( Not very friendly customer service either.

Waffle of the week is definitely one of the better deals around. Light fluffy and made right in front of you, such a great find.

This tiny little hole in the wall (literally) makes some outstanding waffles! They are the perfect mix of crunchy outer with soft insides. Plenty of flavours and toppings to choose from too. The only downside is a lack of places to sit and eat these nearby but that certainly doesn't stop people lining up for waffles!

Waffles so good they'll make you say "I can't wait to brush my teeth!" I had the "cheeky chocolate" and boy did I feel cheeky. If I'm honest, these guys are hell sweet, and I'm a huge sweet tooth so like watch out. Highly recommend though still!!

I bought waffles from here to share to my friends as dessert after dinner. It is very delicious and even after like 6hrs from it was made, the waffles are still soft😊 I ordered 10waffles on that day but they do not have big boxes. It was my first time to buy there and will definitely buy again when I will visit welly again😊

Great waffles, this where very soft, not like the Belgian style crispy ones. Creative recipes. I tried the freedom waffle and liked it quite a bit. Loved the decor on the small place. There was a line but it moved quickly. I think all waffles cost $8 dls. Great choice for late dinner or after drink food on Saturdays since they open pretty late.

Yummiest waffles I've had in a long time. I chose the Black Forest one for affordable $8 and had a little chat with the guy. I had to stand in line to get these beauties. Very much fresh and prepared in front of you with "nomnom" homemade cream. Highly recommended!

This is my favorit waffle shop♥ its little and cozy. When you go to on wednesday, there is a special waffle of week which is not in the menu! I was really enjoy 'pear' one. And good thing is some day, they open till midnight or 1 am! Amazing

The guy working here was amazing. So fast. So friendly and he genuinely seemed to be enjoying his job. It was super busy and there was a big queue and he said "this is the kind of night I live for" with a big smile on his face. The waffle was amazing. I got the flavour of the day - moro. The chocolate mousse alone would be enough to go bacl for. And the guy serving it was inspirational.

Went there on a Sunday after reading the reviews, and definitely checks out. The service was fast, friendly people and the waffle was very very tasty.

I did some research and found out that this little shop, really little, no seating, has $5 Wednesday waffles, any waffle for that amazing price. Ice cream scoop only a dollar more. So off I went and man it was delicious! If you look closely at my pic, you can tell that I have already taken a bite. I couldn't wait to dig in.

Visited for the first time today. Husband ordered the Ferrero rocher and I ordered the Tim Tam. Very happy with the generous serving and taste. Pricing is great as well. Highly recommend this Lil place in Wellington.

I went here tonight and got two lemon meringue pie waffles for me and my husband. I was there 10 mins after opening time and was told that the shop might be running out of lemon filling so I guess that is something that shop owner should be aware of since according to reviews this flavour is one of the best sellers. They ended up having enough for two waffles but running very low on it. Also one waffle tasted and looked beautiful and another one looked, smelled, and unfortunately tasted burnt. Eftpos machine was so oily but they had hand sanitizer so it’s ok.

Love the flavours and it is also serves as a great midnight snack but it definitely lacks crispiness as it's mostly on the softer side. I still keep coming back although if the La Belle Waffle shop was opened at the same time, I might've chosen that one instead.

These waffle shop is normally the best! Amazing waffles that leave you full and not wanting any more. But last night went in and the lady working there was on her phone the whole time. She would be using it then changing to making waffles then back to her phone. She was distracted she made the wrong waffle and had to remake one of our waffles. They still tasted as great as normal though.

Cute place in Wellington for fluffy waffles. Love the vibe of a food stall big enough for one. Cool flavours - nice staff. Similar to what you would make at home expect probably with more exotic toppings. Lemon meringue was a winner.

The waffles are good but too much overloaded compared to the dough thickness. It's a mess to eat each time and you almost can't taste the dough flavor (which is sad, because it's well there). It's more "toppings with waffle" than "waffle with toppings". Not my stuff, depends what you are looking for, some will like. Staff is mostly friendly.

Freshly made waffles, including gluten-free options. All sweet (no savoury), staffed by students for local knowledge and chat. No seating but there is a flat surface on the adjacent building that doubles as one.

Tasty waffles and fairly quick service, but they advertises gluten free waffles which use the same (uncleaned) equipment as wheat flour ones so are definitely not safe for coeliacs and wouldn't meet the certified 'gluten free' amount so they shouldn't really advertise this

The waffles i've tried from here have all been nice but for $7 i'd expect more toppings or an exceptional experience - neither of which i've had. The flavour combinations all sounds great I think there just needs to be more toppings. I also feel like $5 or $6 at a pinch would be a fairer price for what you get. I'd be more inclined to come back again if both of these things changed. Staff are always friendly and have had a couple of funny chats with the staff while waiting. Cute little wall shop in a convenient location.

A good waffle is ok but you really want exceptional waffles. Perhaps the owner is ok with inexperienced people? I'd suggest this gets tightened up for quality. The best waffle can be made here.. just not all the time
