Extremely disappointing. Have requested for some alterations to my policies. It has been a month and nothing has been done. Instead my premiums have skyrocketed and deductions have already been made on time. Have contacted their customer service team and they are not much help in getting things sorted on time. Not happy at all. After all this a very lovely lady named Briana helped me resolve my issue. She has a lot of background knowledge so five star for her.

Don't have to wait for your claim very long. Claims are done within 24 hours. Very nice and friendly staffs who know their work well.

There is currently a lot of criticism of the insurance industry, mostly targeted at property and contents insurers. I deal with AIA for health insurance and have found them to be fantastic. Yes health insurance is expensive no matter who you insurer with, but AIA have always been helpful, responsive and gone the extra mile in some cases. There was an error for a recent claim and they got in touch, provided a good explanation and were very apologetic. Good work AIA!

I would like congratulate AIA for using Valerie [nee] Adams for your TV ad. Unfortunately there are TV ads using Pacific Island persons who have been given 'dumb' lines. IMO opinion your ad is gently serious and Valerie delivers your message beautifully. Brilliant AIA and thank you.

Awesome company. Will definitely look after you at claim time and always has their customers best interests at heart. Location is very convenient. Customer car park available not far from cafe and food court nearby.

They have been absolutely brilliant in handling and approving claims relating to my wife's cancer care.

Some of these review comments are non-nonsensical. "I paid my premium for two years then had to cancel my policy as i was studying, I wasted my money" SERIOUSLY??? Did you expect to be refunded for all the shows you didn't watch on your Sky TV subscription, as well? And the other one about not getting paid a redundancy cover because you got a job after a few weeks, SERIOUSLY?? Great, you got another job, you didn't need the insurance to pay, did you! Newsflash, ALL redundancy insurance with every company has a wait period, and its always 30 days. Some of you snowflakes need to get some sense going, and take responsibility for yourselves. And read your policy document, that's why they send you one. And in case you were unsure, it only covers what it says it covers, not what you THINK it should cover.
