Excellent company to deal with. Make things very simple, no complicated form to fill out. As long as you as you have serviced your car per policy you won't have any problems. Paid out very quickly. Will definitely use them again.

I’m a customer of Autosure using my wife’s Google account to write this review. I wanted to single out Peter at Autosure for his excellent customer service when I phoned with a problem earlier this week. Despite having warranty cover for my car, I had forgot this fact and arranged with a garage I know well to do some major work on a coolant leak involving removal of the engine. After returning to collect the car and a large bill I realised my mistake and phoned Autosure. I spoke to Peter who was sympathetic and after a brief discussion he called me back several hours later to say that he had managed to get me the full cover of my policy and that I’d receive it two days later to my account which has just happened. What could have been very simple and justified no from his end instead ended up with him going the extra mile to help me out in my predicament with me receiving the funds right before Christmas which was fantastic. 5/5 stars - a real gentleman, cheers Peter!

Ive used Autosure for a few years now they have always been helpful and repaired any issues I have had.

We relocated to NZ and our cousin bought us a vehicle an insurance with our money but prior to arriving then transferred this across into our name once here. I did not realise that the insurance bought required me first calling and getting prior authorisation to proceed. Despite my error (it is clearly stated on the policy which I read after the fact), Autosure still refunded me for my claim. This has made an enormous difference in our lives. They were incredibly helpful on the phone and incredibly generous in still assisting us even though I was in the wrong. I would highly recommend them as an insurance provider.

Autosure products were recommended to me by the dealer who sold me the car. It was so easy to understand and explained to me by the finance people also the cost was great value for money to protect my car investment. ( Remember a car is an investment while you own it.) I took out the Smart Cover mechanical breakdown Insurance and also the GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection insurance ) Buying a car is the second biggest purchase we all make I wanted to protect my car and my pocket should any thing go wrong. I have absolute confidence in the Autosure products i highly recommend them to anyone buying a car now and or the future.

I’ve had some issues with my BMW 535i GT, which is out of warranty, and I’ve been able to claim 3 times in the first 6-months of my policy being established, all without a hitch (I highly recommend the Toy Shop for Euro car maintenance and repairs - ask for Trevor). I definitely recommend looking into Mechanic Breakdown Insurance with Autosure.

By far the best insurance company I have ever dealt with! Bruce is so helpful, honest and full of good advice and guidance, which I sure needed when I found myself in a pretty horrible situation. Highly recommend them. Their service was prompt, they say they will get back to you within 48 hours (I think the time frame is), but I never wait long at all for a response. Blown away with how quick and easy this claim process has been. You get so used to insurance companies mucking around not responding etc. and creating a bad name for all insurance companies, but not this one, they are the best.

We have had Autosure on 2 of our vehicles and highly recommend their services. Newer vehicles tend to have very expensive, sensitive electronics that fail. On both vehicles, we have had electronic parts fail that the replacement value of exceeded the value of the insurance policy. Our mechanics have dealt with the insurer on our behalf and it has been an easy process to navigate claims.

Had a great experience with the claims team. Super helpful customer service.Car had a problem with the engine mount, and I had mechanical breakdown insurance with Autosure. When I was in touch with them ,they suggested me a local workshop . Autosure team was awesome with communication and as soon as I submitted the service history the job approval came through directly to auto Workshop.The local auto workshop fixed my car and now it runs like new , the claim process was pain less & cashless (only had to pay the excess) . Autosure is the best. Bought a 3 year plan with the car. All ways delivering with great service. So far they have replaced all of my ball joints and a whole lot of other work. Let's just say I made my money back. Definitely plan on taking another policy for the next year's.

A double standard service, In my dealings with autosure. Unprofessional in their dealings with claims , accepting one claim then not another claim for the SAME FAULT! And I quote "lucky to get away with the first claim" attitude was extremely Unprofessional, and not a company I'd recommend to give you an adequate information to assess making claims, which is there business. And relating to reviews previous, doing anything not to pay. UPDATE. Have since rectified their mistake and processed the claim , addresing the mistake. Hence four stars .

I have just had the stress of an unexpected sizeable mechanical claim 2 days out from Christmas taken away from me by having the sense to insure with Autosure. Phil at Autosure has been extremely helpful to me and covered a large loss for me. The key thing that assists Autosure if you are unfortunate enough to have to lodge a claim, is to keep and be able to provide them good records of all your vehicle servicing.
