S.Took out 2 policies today and they were giving a free month on each. The premiums were really reasonable as a result.
I forgot to apply the link for the free month on one policy but they are giving me a refund. They were very helpful on the chat.
Would recommend - certainly at the buying stage.
M.At first I was skeptical of Cove as no one had ever heard of them. After weeks and weeks of comparing prices/quality between other insurance companies, Cove had the best (and fairest) prices.
What makes them even more amazing, is their professionalism and straight up honesty! No pushy sales at all! For two months I had card replacement issues, spoke to Cove and they were totally understanding and helped me out! As soon as I joined with Cove, I’ve been pushing all my friends to switch to them.

I've had to make a claim which was an easy and straightforward process.
You can deal with them online or via phone and they are very reachable, friendly and helpful.
I forgot to cancel my policy after my car was written off. And when I went to insure my new car, I realised my policy wasn't cancelled, I cancelled it then and there - with my reason being I no longer had the car.
The next day my new policy was set up and they'd refunded me the 4 months of my previous policy.
Everytime I've been in touch with them they've been so friendly and helpful.

The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and not a bit pushy . It was an extra bonus to speak to someone with a kiwi accent too . I've nothing against new immigrants at call centers but sometimes it has been a struggle to be understood or to understand someone with an accent that is very unfamiliar to me . I also appreciated the $100 discount to kick off my cov journey . I'm also going to help a friend change to cove too.
